  1. No, I made the same observation. My experience as a track rat earlier in my life was that you were unlikely to see newish cars in the infield. So, I gave the best-guess that the is @ 5 years after most of those cars were manufactured. Only newish car I ever took to the track was a 4WD Tacoma.
  2. This looks like it might have been taken in the 1980’s at Road Atlanta? 9 o’clock, yellow Z. Nicely presented…
  3. Not a race car and not a vintage race car but I watched this car come together and it is great. Hats off to Sung Kang… FuguZ

  12. Talk about a crazy market! A 914-6 like mine, painted an admittedly nice Toyota color (Voodoo Blue) just sold for $170K on BAT. I don’t dare tell my wife, or this will be gone!

My car had one of the MSA spoilers when I bought it. But it came with a BRE spook. The guy was getting a divorce if he didn’t get rid of his Datsun and parts. I felt sorry for him and told him “if she says the D word, it will most likely happen no matter what.” He was determined to try so… The BRE requires the valence to be in good condition and the one that came with the car wasn’t great so I bought a set of Les Canaday’s three piece glass valences. I can squirt paint but haven’t developed bodywork skills. I glassed the spoiler to the valence and there she is. Probably a sure recipe to lose the whole mess but I do less autocross and track day events than I used to.
