Solid Front Differential Mount?
I installed a solid mount on my diff about 5 years ago. I don't think it is too harsh for the street or harsh at all for that matter.

Roadkill from Stinger is a good alternative, a little cheaper, works good and they have multiple products.- L28T or L28 with added turbo
The turbo AFM is bigger but has a different pin configuration. You have to take the electronics out of your AFM and install them into the turbo AFM that way you can leave your stock ECU. I don't think there is a difference in the distributors.- Datsuns on Google Maps
My 260z was caught in my driveway.- which carb is for me
Your best, cheapest bet is to buy a set of used 4 screw SU carbs and rebuild them. The 4 screw round top SU's are so easy to work on and they are a great addition to the 260z (I've had them on mine for over 10 years). You should be able to pick up a set on Ebay fairly cheap and rebuild them for less.- Fitment Issue
Your best bet is to get the specs from Sparco and make sure they are not too wide or tall. I have tried 4 different seats that all "fit" but all had their issues.
