Just a thought! if you put 15's MAX! and lower the car to where it would look the part, wouldn't it mean that the rear would be sitting on the bump stops and the front would have had almost half of the spring cut out of it, once the rear A-frames have passed their horizontal arch they have nearly no suspension resistance in them what so ever, not much of a racecar! Mr 180, your car is looking awsome, the colors work very well......Keep up the good work, nice to see another K on the go, what do you have in mind as far as motor and brakes?

Can't help you with the boot and bonnet clips, My spare set came from Japan at full price...but I Have a spare set of front mould "clips" which we made from stainless steel and nylon nuts if your interested, they have a little foam block that holds them in place......

Standard fault...usually crack near the side glass, it's the original join. The fact that it was spot welded then lead filled makes them crack, but not really move. All my projects have had a plate welded in it's place, especially QWIK, as I'm hoping for 500hp...I should have a picture of the plate somewhere, will check,,,

I understand, very educated comment Mr Ovenfood, not everyone wants to go through an engineering exercise, thanks for the explanation..."blk180's" comment about performanceforum was directed at me, I got a few comments about the way my car should look, and the fact that I should remove the "lebo 18's" and put 15's back on it....not that there's anything wrong with 15"s, just not the look I was after...

Can you please explain "blue plates" all mods done on my car where welded..adjustable rear, engine mounts, gearbox mounts, even rabbit ears..is it a brissy thing?

Found the paperwork from my engineer, not saying this is gospel, but according to him these are the figures...standard track front=1370 rear= 1350....Track can go to..front=1395 rear=1375.................With my mods and the r32 wheels my track is front=1385, rear=1340.....all cars with the wheels out to the flares and produced before 1976 according to my engineer are not legal...
