S13 coil overs
you can put the z31 inserts in to them and get a one inch drop without comparamising the shocker travel.

S13 coil overs
The conversion I used on QWIK was to use a z31 you can also use a r31 strut, the little difference between the two is the spacing in the rabbit ears for the brakes, the z31 will let you use the z32, r32, r33 brakes without any ear extensions. It dosen't matter if you use z31 or r31 strut you still use the z31 inner suspension, these are about 1 inch lower than the standard 240k and you can get them as HEAVY DUTY, a z31 coilover kit fits straight on them.....This was the easiest way of converting and lowering the front.....This also passes engineering, expesically if you want to use twin spot calipers......

Operation 240k
Everyone has their own idea of what their car should look like, I couln't image it any other colour.........food for thought?...what if yoy built a convertable out of a sedan...use coupe doors and fabricate the rear seal, I feel the boot on a sedan doesn't angle up so drastically.....

Any Ideas?
cool pics....good to see it coming along.......only thing I can think of is that it's binding on either the front swaybar or one of the steering arms, not letting it colapse all the way.....everything else shouldn't affect it........just for the record I still run standard arms with adjustable camber tops ....seems to work fine...saving up for adjustable caster arms from jdm, I'm a little out...

Hey Guys, wondering if anyone was driving their k or z from melbourne to adelaide on friday the 10th of september...I've got two k's going up, mayde a convoy would be cool.......- door rubbers
I'd rather go through the whole engine conversion thing again, rather than finding door rubbers....talk about blowing the budget!!!!!- Coupe for sale to good home
any luck with the sale?:classic:- engineered and registered
thanks Lenny, I hoping to take it to SA for the nationals......- door rubbers
the ones i bought from Rare spares are completely incorrect, not only are they a different profile but they don't even lock into place- engineered and registered
pick stuff more from a roadworthy opinion, and more stuff that the cops would target.......I had installed zenon head lights, with aftermarket globes...they came off.......had reversing wiring cable tied to one of the brake lines...they came off.......had to install a CAT.......all gromets in the firewall and boot........and it failed the brake test first time, too much rears, had to install a proportioning valve.......didn't question any of the welding, front engine mounts, gearbox mounts, diff mounts, adjustable rear A frame mounts, not even the rear rabbit ears on the calipers!- door rubbers
thanks for the info, haven't tried them...noticed in the advertising section that you were after some head parts, I have an old engine at the factory if thats any good to you.....where abouts in melb are you?- door rubbers
does anyone have any spare or were to find door rubbers and body rubbers for the coupe, bought some from Rare Spares but they aren't even close!- engineered and registered
Thanks, very happy with it.......engineering cost $880, with that he also supplied me with a RWC.....went back to him 4 times before he passed it...picked the weirdest things!
