I'll try to snap a few pics of the interior and get them posted. I hope mine goes that easily. I'm just east of Bloomington between Bloomington and Nashville.

Madkaw is correct about the price at $500. :surprised It hasn't been started for a roughly a decade so there will be some work involved just to get it started and there is a fair amount of underbody rust to deal with. Even with the work it needs I also think he was right that it was a steal! Carl you have a PM.

Lucked out and was able to pick this up last weekend. Same owner since 72 and has been in storage for fifteen years. Owner claims that is was never a daily driver and that the 92K on the odo is correct. Body is great, floors and rails will need to be replaced. Car was originally white with the blue interior but the PO changed it to the orange with a tan interior in the late seventies and had fiberglass fenders installed. Also included were a set of fiberglass rear quarter repair panels that he never used. To be completely fair the camera makes it look better than it really is but overall the body is in good shape. Here is a quick iPhone shot from when I picked it up. The gentleman in the background is the previous owner taking a few last snapshots before it left.

I haven't seen your daughters Z around town but I'm sure that I will. Looks like its in good shape. I had a body shop between between Bloomington and Spencer do the paint and body work. The car is only a two owner but it did have a small rust spot at the top of both front wheel wells. They were very small and could have been repaired but I intend to keep the car so I bought two new OEM Nissan fenders. Suprisingly the fenders are still available directly from your local Nissan dealer. He had the car for a little over four months but it was basically disassembled, painted and then reassembled.

Mine had a small dent in it and had started to rust a little from rock chips. I needed to replace it but didn't want anything that would be a radical shift from the original body lines. The one I went with is a MSA Type 1. If you look at it and at a stock car it's not that different.

It would be too dangerous for me to be a Purdue fan! (I live in Bloomington)

Longtime lurker but I rarely post. Here is a pic of my 81 280ZXT. Original except for the repaint and front air dam. Currently has around 72K miles on it. I also have a 04 350Z roadster as a DD and I'm just starting on a 77 280Z project.
