My .02 cents...have ordered from Zcar Depot many times..no issues, delivery via standard USPS takes about a week. I'll continue to order from Ryan in the future.

This is the picture showing bushings already installed. There is a sleeve that fits between the bolt and these bushings. Sent from my [device_name] using http://Classic Zcar Club mobile

Thank you for the quick reply. I have a bolt that works and even the bushings that go into the pedal, but am looking for the sleeve that goes over the bolt and through the pedal shaft.1534203818922 Sent from my [device_name] using http://Classic Zcar Club mobile

Looking for the following parts or advise from those that have barked up the tree! I have too much free travel in my clutch to allow me to adjust the clutch. The bolt that holds the pedal in place and creates the fulcrum (p/n 46561-21000) and the sleeve that fits over the bolt (p/n 46582-21000) are nla....trying a work around with a bolt I picked up, but it is still not the proper diameter and causes too much free play. Any advice is appreciated. Sent from my [device_name] using http://Classic Zcar Club mobile
  7. fyi....The picture that I posted above shows a bracket I pulled from a 1974 260...(that I installed on my 71 240).

Good question. I do not know as I bought it (and the motor) used (but never fired) . I am doubting it....and am wondering if that would even matter ( wouldn't be 180 degrees on the other side....)? Sent from my iPad using Classic Zcar Club mobile

Wondering if anyone has installed a Stahl header? If so, have you had issues with the steering column clearing the header? Sent from my XT1585 using Classic Zcar Club mobile

  19. I'll check but I do not recall any issues. Car has not been on the road since 1989....it was a low mileage rebuilt transmission so really hasn't much wear. Old seal was intact when I pulled it, just the rubber was falling apart as I tried to remove the seal. Sent from my XT1585 using Classic Zcar Club mobile
  20. And the new one installed (note to self, clean pilot used to drive seal and wipe seal before taking picture of installed new seal)!
  21. Thanks for the quick reply Zed Head! Yes indeed that ring was part of the old seal...
  22. Replacing my rear transmission seal (it's a five speed-model FS5W71B. Seal is from Motorsport Seal Part Number 32136-U0100). Old seal disintegrated upon removal. Wondering if the inner metal ring (or band) should be removed as well (possible this is part of the old seal)? (see red arrow in pic around 2 0'clock). Thanks you!
  23. Thank you sir, yes on the 45's I believe they are in the middle compartment....linkage is not attached at this time as I am going through that as well. Thought perhaps if I attached a return spring to the problematic carb that might also alleviate this potential issue.
  24. Wondering if I should be concerned with this... I am setting up the 45's on a canon manifold. This model of Weber (45 DOCE 9) does not have a Progression Hole inspection port and hence I am confirming the location of the throttle plate and progression holes prior to mounting the carbs to the intake manifold. I have noticed on one carb that the return spring (and location of the throttle plate) is a little bit" lazy", as the throttle plate will still allow for one progression hole to remain uncovered unless I apply a small amount of pressure to the throttle plate spindle. I do not have this issue with the other two carburetors. I am wondering if I should be concerned about possible on issues once I do eventually fire this thing up? Any thoughts are appreciated.
  25. Not trying to be a smart&$# but I was able to get the horizontal rubber strips for the bumpers from Nissan a couple of years ago. Sent from my XT1585 using Classic Zcar Club mobile
