steering wheel retaining nut size?
my steering wheel almost fell off and into my lap while i was cruising tonight! the previous owner forgot to lock the wheel to the steering rack when they swapped a momo wheel in i guess. anyone know what size that nut is? it's the one that would go right behind the horn button. thanks!

mystery hardline?
Hmm... my car never really gave any problems and the 2 rubber hoses were capped off... should I get new hoses and reconnect them? Or should I follow if it ain't broke, dont fix it?

mystery hardline?
on the drivers side in front of the wheel... there is a bracket with 2 vacuum lines (i think... they were so cracked i took them off), and 1 hardline that runs towards the firewall, under the brake lines and then down the transmission tunnel. the bracket is located in front of the strut and right under the ignition coil. in the picture i took off the 2 vacuum lines, so there are just 2 nipples where the lines should attatch. (sorry for the camera phone picture)

anyone have big pics of flattops and roundtops?
thanks for the help, i just gotta run ouside and check my carbs. i saw those ztherapy pic but they are horrible! hahaha. i have a 73, but the previous owner swapped in an L28, so im in the dark as to what parts i have... i'd assume roundtops as it would be the sensible thing to do, but you never know.

wheel fitment ?
i've read through all the guides and played with all the calculators, but wheel fitment just confuses me... 73 240z with spring/strut combo. i know most people run 8 inches wide with 0 offset. would 15 x 8.5 inches wide, -6 offset on all 4 corners fit? i'd have rubbing/fitment issues right?

Amp Gauge is Bouncing
HOLY 6 YEAR OLD THREAD BATMAN! i searched for amp gauge and found this, so i decided to bump this instead of starting a new thread... i have the bouncy amp gauge problem and when i'm revving/accelerating, the needle steadily creeps up to the +60 side. i just changed the voltage regulator, but i boiled the battery and have just been charging it on my charger. so what do i need to do? new battery and double check my connections? faulty VR?
