I have a 1983 280zx with automatic transmission non-turbo engine and it has no computer in it Does anyone know the part number of the ECU and where i could get one thanks

I just recently bought a 1983 280zx turbo for only 2000 its my project car. It has a digital dash in it and the fuel and temp you can see but the tach and speed is black in the day light but at night you can see the tach and speed barely. Could this problem be fixed or does it need replacing. I've been using my GPS to tell my speed. Thanks for any help
