FREE ENTRY ! Inspired by the No Frills Iron Bottom Motoring Tour (RIP) the Targa California has been disorganized by past participants with lots of experience in putting on events. This backroads tour is open to 1975 and older models only. As with the Iron Bottom, this event is for the sheer joy of joining other classic sports car drivers on some of California's best roads. Some of our "features" : No checkpoints No prizes No set start and stop times- you drive as you please No whiners The event starts in Moorpark on Thursday morning , March 26 and ends after breakfast Sat, March 28th in Creston (mid Cal).
