Thanks, Can I get a cross over transformer at say Radio shack?

I have a 73Z with the orginal radio. As you know it only has one speaker hooked up in the back. I was wondering if I can hook a 2nd speaker up to the radio. I want to add a 2nd speaker in the back on the other side. Will this work and how would I wire it? I don't want to add a different sound system just the 2nd speaker.

Bonzi Lon, I took mine off but they are pretty much not worth putting back on. They came off using a razor blade and screw driver. Very brittle and hard. Hopefully we can find something that will work.

I do mean the rubber seals inside the air cleaner box. Even some help with part numbers would help. They must be avail. somewhere as I know others have powder coated them. The seals in them would just melt in the heat used to powder coat. Looks like it takes three of them,

Does anyone know a source for new rubber gaskets for a stock 72Z air filter housing? Any help is greatly appreciated. I want to get one powder coated and I'm going to need new ones after it's done.

Get some SEM interior vinyl paint. I used it on my 72 with white interior, worked great.

Can anyone help with this. I need 8 D Bolt 1/2 shaft bolts for an R180 differential. The part number is 38228-21000. My nissan dealer says no longer avail. I could get by with used ones if anyone has some. need the d bolts, nuts and washers. need for 73 240z

I don't have terminal block to go back to points. I will drive the car this weekend to verify no spark when it dies. It's big pain to do that because sometimes it take 30 minutes before it will start again. I will try the starting fluid. if it starts then it's not electrical, correct. The wires for the ballast resistor are there just taped. How would I trigger the coil??

The car just dies like switching it off. It's a 73 with both the mechancial and elcetric fuel pump. I have another coil it is a Blaster 2 but I don't know the ohm rating for it so not sure if I should try it. Do you think the coil is acting up. Why does Black Dragon say not for electronic ignition? I'd like to try another coil before I change the ignition. What would you recomenend?

Correct I'm told this coil does not require one. According to Black Dragon catalog it says this coil is not for electronic ignition.

I own a 73 240z that the PO converted to electronic ignition. I have no idea what the system is. How can I determine what the system is? I think it's the orginal dizzy but not sure. The car has a blue Bosch super coil. In the black dragon catalog it says this coil can not be used with electronic ignition.. Advise Please. My car runs good when it runs but when it get hot it just dies. I wait a while and it will run again. It is not over heating and I have verified clean fuel filters, etc, At this point I can not drive it because of this issue. My thoughts, wrong coil or bad electronic ignition. Any ideas?

Ok Need Help Please. I replaced the fuseable link and the cars starts again. Will only run till it warms up and then dies. I tried opening the fuel cap as was suggested but no change. It seems like it runs out of gas but I guess it could be electrical. I do have electronic distributer. Any suggestions on where to start?

I am getting totally frustrated with my Z. Seems like everything I touch breaks. Anyway went out tonight to try the suggestions on the fuel issue to discover my trickle charger very hot. Unhooked and tried to start the car and it is totally dead. No power anywhere. I'm pretty sure the battery is good. I'm hoping the fuseable link blew so that is where I will start. I will have to order one. That puts my fuel problem on hold.
