Need pics!

Got my steering wheel back from the upholsters today and it looks great! Pretty much every wheel I see is rusted so I decided to prep the metal and have Troy spray it, this way I never have to worry about rust again. I refitted the horn pad mounts and it's complete.

All things said and done, it's a pretty clean car! As long as the body work is good, could be worth a look in. It's a clean, running example.

Better off to fix what you've got at that price, no?

Similar to 32 GTR Sumitomo's, pretty sure it's 16" rims to fit the caliper and disc.

Look for rust in the wheel arches, roof, floor, boot and sills. Also check under the chrome work where the front and rear windows sit. Material collects under the trim and rusts out around the windows. Another bad place is where the door meets the guards. You can only see there with the guards off though. Replacement sections can be made up for the floor depending on how bad it is. Guards, doors etc can be patched or replaced.

Picked up some NOS number plate lamps. The lenses in these things are always dust so I'm pretty happy with this buy!

If you need a metal section made, let me know. I can have one made up like mine.

So it looks like I'm also after a rear left stainless trim piece. I called in this morning to drop in more stuff for plating and he showed me the part stripped of paint, full of bog. It can be fixed, but it's never going to be right. Anyone got one they want to sell?

Wow really! I've ben to FTG Nissan a couple of times as I live in Boronia and they are one of the best of JDM stuff. I've never had much luck with the C110 though. Maybe I'm not using the right codes. I believe they are all on microfiche? Do you know if there is anywhere to get a hold of them?

Has anyone ever managed to get parts from Nissan? I was told the all got sold off to places like About Time.
