My new 240k Hardtop
- Parts Required
I may have a lead on some parts, about 12 months ago i spotted a sedan wreck sitting in a front yard in country S.A. I'm not sure if it is still there or for sale but might be worth a look if you have no other leads. Let me know if your interested and i will pm you the address.- Parts Required
Hi Matthew, how did you go finding those parts?- Look At these 240k's from the Skyline Nationals!
It was great to meet you as well Adrian. It's just a pity i couldn't hang around all day :disappoin- Look At these 240k's from the Skyline Nationals!
Those c110's are very nice indeed. I'm glad Kid k and kid k jr made the effort to bring them over and show them. Hopefully it spurs on a few people to get stuck into there c110 project cars so we can see some more on the road.- engineered and registered
Looks mint! can't wait to see it at the nationals if you bring it.- 240K Headers/Extractors
I'm looking at getting some Headers for the C110 but there doesn't seem to much available anymore. The only type i can find are from Hitech and are press bent not mandrel. They also share the same part number (HTH065) as the C210, R30, 240c and patrol. Do these actually fit and Is there anything else available, preferably mandrel bent? I know that 240z ones don't fit but where to they foul? if it's after the collectors then it wouldn't be too hard to modify them to fit.- 240k resto
I don't know anything about it but i have pics of it. <a href="http://s122.photobucket.com/albums/o248/GranySmith/?action=view¤t=IMGP2434copy.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o248/GranySmith/th_IMGP2434copy.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket" ></a> <a href="http://s122.photobucket.com/albums/o248/GranySmith/?action=view¤t=IMG_0071.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o248/GranySmith/th_IMG_0071.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket" ></a> <a href="http://s122.photobucket.com/albums/o248/GranySmith/?action=view¤t=post-38577-1257731168945184823.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o248/GranySmith/th_post-38577-1257731168945184823.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket" ></a> <a href="http://s122.photobucket.com/albums/o248/GranySmith/?action=view¤t=IMG_0091.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o248/GranySmith/th_IMG_0091.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket" ></a>- My new 240k Hardtop
I washed the 240 and took it for a drive to the beach today but didn't hang around long in case the sea air made it fall apart i did get a couple of half decent pics though. There are no crappy Commodores spoiling the pics this time. i should really put the indicators on the proper way one day.- My new 240k Hardtop
Nissan called the 2 door 240k's Hardtops so that's what i call them. So you recently bought the faded silver auto 2 door off of ebay then?- My new 240k Hardtop
Hi Lenny, i picked it up from a deceased estate auction here in Adelaide. Is your K a 2 or 4 door and what sort of condition is it in? I'm not sure how many are around but you don't see them on the road anymore, i cant remember the last time i spotted a hardtop driving on the road.- My new 240k Hardtop
The thing hanging down at the front is a small scoop that feeds air into a engine oil cooler core. By the rust bubbles and rust stains around the screws, brackets and over spray on it i'd say it's been on there for a long time (oil lines and adapter plate are old and crusty aswell), maybe 20 years+ which is a bit weird. The previous elderly owner had old 1980's motorbike and performance stickers on the rear bumper so maybe he was a bit of a hoon in his day and put it on.- My new 240k Hardtop
Yeah it has a spare mag. The tyre looks like it may be the original one?- My new 240k Hardtop
It has a factory tape player as well so maybe i could get one of those converters that go into it and use a portable radio/cd player. Otherwise there have been a few good options posted above.- My new 240k Hardtop
It was built on the 3/77 and is chassis number 015542. I'll fix the indicators when i get a spare minute, they were probably put on backwards when the car was resprayed many years ago. I paid just over 2K for it which i think was pretty cheap for such a tidy car. It drives very nicely and even has air conditioning that works but the factory AM radio is wearing thin. The ABC channel isn't exactly the best thing to listen to.- My new 240k Hardtop
It has had some rust repairs done to the lower panels but was cut out and plated by the previous owner. Yeah it was a local Adelaide car.- My new 240k Hardtop
Hi i'm new here and new to C110's, I bought a C110 Hardtop a few weeks ago and thought you guys might like to see it. I've had to tidy up a few things including minor bodywork and have removed the mudflaps for a cleaner look, I'll probably put on a decent exhaust and some old school rims next. If you are wondering what the thing is under the front drivers side bumper its just a scoop to feed air into the engine oil cooler.- New to Oz
Here's a video i found on youtube, its a c110 with a rb26 in it.- find of cars datsun 240k 1973 or 1977
And look where the park brake is. - Parts Required
