    I am repairing the rear hatch area you know where I'm talking about.And i need some pictures some good clear ones.I need from the top the right and left side and from underneath above each light and the license plate.

    I think we have all bean there i am 17 and i rolled my 4wheeler on me and herniated my l5 s1 and had to have it shaved i still have nerve damage in my leg.
  8. I believe you can take out the fender divider with out taking off the fender. Then you can git to the pegs.

  11. I tried to help.I was told my engine was a late 73.You think it is more like a 78? It is not the original motor so the later the better.
  12. My l24 has close to the same # and it is a late 73 if that helps.
  13. I bought my car to trade for a mustang. I drove it 1 mile and decided not to trade it.I decided to just git both so the mustang is siting waiting for me to finish the z.I like this car it only has 2 seats and they are racing seats with a 4 point harness.and it is small and light.
  14. Thanks for the input i am good with my hands but have never painted a car before. I mite primer it and let some one else do the body work and paint.

  16. Engine# L24 188589 what year do you think this engine is? vin# HLS30-84710 The engine is supposed to be 107066 2393cc 150hp at 6000 rpm I just redid the top end and the engine runs good 175lbs of compression in each cylinder and Les than 20% leak down.

    yea i agree these cars are not that Bright at night as long as you aim them rite it should not really matter if there on or not.

  20. Dose bondo stick better to primer or metal.

I am putting a new paint job on it i almost have it all to metal.I am not going back with the original color it was either a ugly yellow or brown.I am going with a blue.there are no repair panels.the rocker panels are good but the top of the fenders where you can see the bondo it looks like some one sat there fat arse and bent them.

  23. OK i have a 5/72 240z not a matching numbers car i bought it for 500 and i have already put another 500 in it.I'm just wondering how far i can go and still be within the value.I'm not looking to git rid of it i just don't want to put 3000 into a car that will only be worth 1000.

    That is a really good idea i think i mite copy that. I bet it would make the car look cool at night.
