sounds to me like the valves are floating im sorry if i miset if you changed the springs or not

i dont realy know why. But i hooket up the lines . I think the problem fixet its self. The car has bean siting sence 03. I guess i just did not give it enuf time

I am trying to git this car to drive like new or better then i can go on to stage 2 witch is the interior and i dont want to hear a thing wen im driving the car with the windows up but some one has put a loud muffler on the car and a header do you have ne ideas about the noise no rust holes on floor or ne where else most nois from the rear hatch area some one gave me some sights to look at and the one like blackdog or sumthing is sending me a magazine for all the weather striping

thanks for the info there are old tires on it know but im waiting for the new ones to come in the mail and i will git them balenced and mounter i jacket up the car and evre thing seems tight but i ordered new ball joints and shocks should i git new springs i dont understand how thay go bad can i heat them up strech them and harden them dose ne one know how tall thay should be out of the car

Ok I did the test that arne sent me and the car runs great know but a minor hesitation But I ordered a uni-sun and wen it gits here thay should be perfect

well the breaks do squeel but it is the stearing wheel moveing left to right a little but wen driving

i just drove my 72 z for the first 25 miles and found out it needs some shocks and stuff marbey some front wheel bearings but i love this car and damn it will fly

Also that tube that comes out of the side of the engine will puff smoke like twice Wen you try to start the car hot and wen you turn it you hafe to like hold the key down And it gits faster and faster and then starts and whate is that tube for

Ok got my answer I just thot it would help the value of the car if it had the originale struts

ok my 240 will crankrite up wen cold but dose not want to crank wen warm but runs good ne way ne ideas

im the ceramic thing under the coil is on my 72 240z and some one has lost the points and put some sort of optical sensor in the dist can i bypass the i think it is called a balist for a hotter spark

what goes bad on a shock is it the o rings cuz i can replace the o rings is there something in there like oil or something that evaporates

is this normal the rear botom a arms might not be the rite word but that are the botom left and right thay are the same part just flipet over for the other side

i don't really know how this works but i have a head for a 72 240z an intake for the same car and i need interior parts like the blower and the blower housing the vent that takes it to the heater core housing the right defrost hose a better stereo heater and light housing and a better center console

hello i have not taken the struts off my 72 240z but i know they need replaced since they are 37 years old but do you know if i can rebuild them or not

or i will give you the low down and ne input would be good i got a 72 240z the head gaskit was blone so i changed it and i put 71 su carbs know it runs good but smokes more or less depending on how i set the carbs i can set the carbs to not smoke but the engine will hesitate on exceleration bad oh yea 1,2,and3 spark plugs look good but 4,5,and6 have a light gray coat on them

hello all i just got my first 72 240z and have to say i have always bean an american muscle car and down with the rice burner but i got this car to trade for a mustang and i dont want to trade ne more to say the least:)
