Does anyone know of a shop or individual that can tune SU carbs in central NC? I live in Asheboro, NC (south of Greensboro) and I am in dire need of tuning. Any help would be much appreciated.

Added header - Now idle is too high - HELP
It ran like a champ prior to header and exhaust installation. It still runs very well, just the idle is 400-500 rpms higher. I have checked the linkage and all seems to be fine.

Added header - Now idle is too high - HELP
I just installed a MSA 3-2 header and exhaust system on my 1972 240z and now my idle is too high. It used to idle around 800 rpms, now it idle around 1200-1300 rpms. Overall it seem to run great. Just idles high. Is there a quick idle adjustment on these SUs ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know there is tons of info. already in this forum, but it is very hard to find any specifics... Thanks again in advance

MSA 3-2 Header & Aluminized Exhaust
Thank you... It is a straight thru muffler. This was the best possible placement (I actually like it). However, I do appreciate any comments/advice. So keep 'em coming.

My 1972 240Z
Here is a few shots of my 1972 240Z. I have had her for a couple of years and she's a work in progress. Since I purchased her I have: Professionally rebuilt engine (performance cam, electronic ignition, etc.), added MSA ceramic coated 3-2 headers and alumizied exhaust, and loads of miscellaneous stuff. She runs pretty strong. Let me know what you think

MSA 3-2 Header & Aluminized Exhaust
I just had my MSA 3-2 ceramic coated header and MSA aluminized exhaust installed. I couldn't be happier with it's fit and performance. I had my local mechanic install it for me ($125 including parts) and he ran into absolutely zero problems. I highly recommend this setup to anyone in the market for a new exhaust system.

Installing K&N on '72 SUs
Hello everyone.. I have just ordered the K&N filters for my 1972 240z. My question is: What will I run into when installing these in place of my stock air box (any lines that need to be moved or additional filter I need to buy)? Any help would be appreciated.
