  1. So I know I have a mech fuel pump on my 260z but few days after I picked it up and driving the hell out of it! I started to hear this sound that kinda like a slow air pump for a fish tank! and its in the location of the electric fuel pump but looks like nothing stock and is a small box thats wired in! and has fuel lines running to it! Its now making a kinda odd knocking sound as if its dieing! but i'm not sure if I even need it!

Running a 225/60/14 At 70 mph on my speed-o I'm doing about 60mph 225/60/14 is a circumference 77.4 Is the stock 175hr14 a 82 inch circumference? If yes that would explain the problem. Such as motor specs, drive train specs and how to ID what parts I have like head, rear ends, what gear is in the car and so on. I have looked around on google alot and other few places, but nothing. I have tried searching on here but maybe i'm not putting in the right wording? any help would be great i'm trying to getting it more street able and nicer to drive around! But for those problems i'll keep them to that section in the forum thanks!
