  1. The seat belt holder is mounted underneath the center console using the forward mounting screw inside the recessed area.
  2. We've had them available for quite some time now. We offer various plugs depending on the size that you need. https://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/classic03a13/30-8004

We will be test fitting the new speaker panel samples soon. I will provide an update once we make any necessary adjustments and they are ready for production. Stay tuned!
  4. The first wave of 240Z and early 260Z Sport struts have arrived from Koni. Pre-sale orders have already shipped if you were one of the early birds. A special thank you to @KONI Lee for his knowledge and support for the Z community. Koni has done an outstanding job and we are extremely proud to be teaming up with them to offer such an amazing product. I will update everyone once the batch of late 260Z and 280Z struts arrive as well as for the 280ZX. Thank you!

I am not the original representative but I am in charge of the internet forums here at MSA. It is my duty to respond to any customer concerns here so I apologize if I came off that way. My intention is not to harangue anyone but only to resolve the issue in a timely matter. We are investigating the phone conversation internally because the last thing we want is a customer dissatisfied with our products or service. I will only be dealing with Dave privately from this point on. Thank you for your input.

  8. Nissan is completely out and we haven't found an aftermarket source yet. We're hoping that our contacts in Japan may be able to find them. The polyurethane kit is the only option we offer at this time.
  9. We recommend installing the center cap first before mounting the wheel to avoid breaking any tabs. I apologize if one of our representatives did not explain that to you ahead of time. The wheels look great on your car. Matches really well with the black bumpers.
  10. PM sent! Our team would definitely be interested in working with you to develop hardware kits. Let me know if we can help in any way.
  11. I sold mine a few months ago for $300 shipped. They are extremely rare.
  12. Thank you all for your continued support throughout the years. We greatly appreciate it and will continue to provide the Z community with the best service possible. @87mj @Diseazd @rcb280z @Mike
  13. If there is ever an issue with your order please contact me directly and I will be more than happy to assist you.
  14. @Zed Head Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I do my best to check in when we aren't on the phones. @grannyknot Is there something I can assist you with? Please message me your full name and I can give you a call as soon as possible.
  15. There was a very thin trim ring in between the panels and the light assemblies originally. The OE part numbers were 79902-E4100 and 79903-E4100 but they are no longer available. You can always fabricate something if it really bothers you but that's how it came from the factory.
  16. Which carpet kit did you purchase? Certain kits we offer require trimming to fit properly. Our Sectional kit is the only carpet that is closest to the original and just glues in.

As far as the GMB pumps, I'm only speaking from personal experience. We have sold over 60 units this year and have not had a single return/failure thus far. On a newer vehicle I definitely prefer OE parts. With older vehicles we're limited to what's still available and I feel that GMB has been very reliable. We are trying to source a water pump with a cast impeller just like the OE unit which was actually made by Paraut. We are in contact with a couple of suppliers to locate old stock or have some made. This way both options will still be available from our store.

We're currently working with a manufacturer in Japan to source a high quality replacement since the Paraut units have been discontinued. I will keep everyone updated once we hear back from them. I have used GMB water pumps in the past on other vehicles so I wouldn't hesitate to put one in my Z. I'm more than likely going to be installing one once I upgrade to an aluminum radiator in the next couple of weeks.

I'm blown away by how pristine your car is! Really motivates me to finish my project.

I've had a few salvage title vehicles that were theft recoveries. I just had to replace a few missing parts and had them back on the road. Like others have stated, it will have an effect on the resale value. I recommend fixing it up to your liking but not invest too much so you aren't losing too much if you plan to sell it.
  21. PM sent. There is no discount code at the moment but I can take care of it for you.
  22. I recommend 205/55R15 if you want to be safe and fill the wheel wells. As HaZmatt stated, you may have rubbing issues with a 225/50R15.
  23. That is an awesome upgrade! I was actually thinking about something like this so I'm going to try it as well. My original glove box crumbled when I was removing it.
  24. Check out this video filmed and edited by IVY Films. Thank you to everyone that came out and helped make Z-Bash a huge success!
  25. Check out this awesome video shot and edited by IVY Films. It was a huge turnout and exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you to everyone that helped make it a successful event!
