Can you somehow "enhance" the old "butt foam"? I'd love to re-do my seats but if i buy those covers, cannot afford the foam :'(

Do they sell internationally? I had my driver side rubber vaporized but i dont want to buy that expensive chrome strip for new rubber, current chrome is in mint condition..
  9. With rubber hammer, you can pow as much as you want without breaking the drum. I found it satisfying

I'd love to see those pics too. I specially need big picture of door front w/s.
  11. By the way: (its almost OT). I want to restore my old radiator, it leaked but i got it fixed in rad shop. Its looking a bit crusty but it works. So whats the best way to paint it properly? I have plenty of rattle can sprays but im not sure how to paint those little areas between each row. I have "high temp" rattle can, but no primer. Any high temp primers available?
  12. I got friend of mine babbling behind my back, i got so frustrated of his advices that i smashed my hammer to the drum. And it fell loose
  13. I've heard that some dudes drive without them, its actually not for cooling, but for heating the carbs.

Messing with sender unit seemed to cause some problems? How common is that? ( i hate doing electronic stuff!!) And does Nissan sell those sender units or are they NLA? Braided hoses i have, seem to be in ok condition, at least in the cabin side. I had some smell issues but they are caused by bad hatch w/s and leaking watercock. But i have to wait a little while before i start...its -20C out there and my garage has only small heater

I've read section of FSM about removal BUT i decieded to ask from the pros too. My current tank is ok, but PO had painted it over with the same colour as the car, and it looks ugly. Is this a tricky task? Any hints?
  18. I'm always interested if the price is fair

You are on the road of no return, once the Z has bitten you, there is no antidote. Get ready to spend some serious cash on this baby
  21. Well the mechanic im taking mine has done several rebuilds to Z and Subaru rears. There is lots of subaru parts here, but that 800 bucks is just too much. I just dont see the sense to replace it with another noisy rear either. But im still looking to complete that parts list..
