Remote starter hookup
This should have been one of the first things i did, adjust the valve timing !. The engine ran ok with a few minor fixes, so i decided the suspension was tops on my list to get in order. I had found an earlier post by one member on the adjustment of the valve, pictures and all. He listed all the tools needed, including a remote starter and how to hook it up. This may me simple to some but for me i would rather do it correct instead of damaging my old car or my self. Can someone help me with this ? What needs to be dis-connected and where do you hook the wires to ? PS i have been using the search engine for the last hour and have not found anything !

Very confused ???
I am replacing my strut inserts rear and front, (Rear) we disconnected the parking brake, brake line, removed the 4 bolts holding the shaft to the hub and strut bar link. removed the 3 tower nuts and lowered the assembly and swung it out. Compressed the spring and removed the insert nut. removed the insulator and spring carage. The insulator has a bushing pressed into it, but i saw no bump stop ???? where does it go ???

Big Shock !
When i went to register the car they told me the same thing as Walter Moore stated. Just thought it was a lot of miles. This is a great add for Amsoil, my dad used it in the car since he purchased it back in 1978 with 24k miles on the odometer.

Big Shock !
Last Sunday i was at my moms signing the papers over on my dads '77 Z, she sold it to me for $1.00. I had no idea what the mileage was to write on the title, the odometer has 18500 and she had no idea how many times it has rolled over. I had heard some story's from my dad but could not remember what the numbers were. I found some old invoices for repairs he had done back in '07 and he had wrote down 410700 miles

Replacing clutch on '77 280z
Hi all, i have to replace the clutch on my '77 280z, along with any thing that falls apart when i get it out. Is this something that i can accomplish by my self in the back yard on ramps or jack stands ? I checked with a local shop that does work on all my other vehicles and they wanted $700 out the door and i am not ready to dump that much money into her at this time :disappoin

Craig's List ???
I recently posted an old car my mom wants to sell on Craig's List, i was told by a friend to be careful of some of the responses you get. I have gotten a few asking me to click on URLs to view cars to insure my car is what they want ?? offering me more money than i am asking, telling me my car is worth more to check out some web site too good of a deal ???. Has anyone had trouble selling or buying on Craig's List ?

Problem with my old truck ?
I have a old '88 Isuzu pickup that is giving me trouble and i cant figure what is wrong. Last week i started her up and could hear coolant rushing thru the heater core, never did this before. I opened the hood just in time to see coolant squirting out of the over flow bottle, the engine was still cold so i thought the thermostat was stuck, replaced it and flushed the system. It still does it, replaced the radiator cap, no good, i also have bubbles in my over flow bottle. I have no white smoke from the tail pipe, no oil in my coolant and no coolant in my oil. Any ideas ?

Kia Sportage weatherstip rocks!
We inject two types of rubber sponge ( makes the soft part ) and solid ( makes the half moon stiff part or lip ) they are injected into an extruder along with the steel, it is really amazing to watch. The steel comes in huge rolls and are welded together when one runs out. We cut them to a set length and then they are joined together in a mold press using a small piece on joint rubber. These do no have degree joint, we also import from Korea to be repackaged and shipped to KIA and Hyundai 3 or 4 body side profiles that have 90 degree joints that i might try.
