78 280Z - no injector pulse
Post the numbers on the site so we can see them, and we know which tests that you did.

78 280Z - no injector pulse
With the key on if you complete the circuit to ground on those pins and the injectors don't click then they will never click via the ECU. That's all that the ECU does, is ground those pins. Don't hold it to ground too long you'll fill the engine with fuel. Just a tap to ground will tell you if it's working.

Working on the EFI system is boring for people looking for instant results. But kind of satisfying for people who like to see long lists of measurements. That's why Nissan published the "Bible". Get a piece of paper and start collecting numbers.

That is low. Not sure how you're using both a meter and a test light. Should be 12 volts on each pin at an injector plug it you measure them one at a time, using just a volt-meter.

78 280Z - no injector pulse
If you take a wire and ground pins 14, 15, 30, 31, 32, or 33, with the key on, you should hear the injectors click. At least you'll know that most of the circuit and power supply is complete. Use your noid light and you can avoid accidental short circuits. Plus you'll see the light flash as the injector clicks.

This is not how you check for power. It's looking more and more like you don't have power to the injectors. Get a VOLT meter and measure voltage at an injector plug, with the key on.

COVID-19
I'm just in "reduce the probability" mode now. Doesn't really matter how or why it's happening, just how do I avoid getting it. Flying is out, the airlines don't care. Certain cities are out, they are festering spreader zones. Even locally, I avoid certain areas because there is no room to get around people if you happen to hit the same spot at the same time. I shop at the off the main drag supernarkets, they see less volume so better odds. Just like avoiding smoky bars, or avoiding the roads on the weekends after midnight. That's really the point of all of the recommendations, improving the odds. The science guys tend to assume that the average person doesn't understand probability, so they "dumb down" their recommendations. Ivory towers and all of that. I think that they forget about Las Vegas and Reno. They just need to frame the message in the right terms.

What I Did Today
I miss my ignorance. It made life more exciting. Knowing better takes the fun out of it.

Does it still start with starter fluid? It's not uncommon to break one thing while trying to fix another. Always good to reconfirm things that worked as you're working on a problem. p.s. there is a way to trigger the injectors using a jumper wire at the ECU connector. It's one way to confirm the circuit and the power supply, all the way to the ECU. You can hear them click.

The answer might be yes, because you don't seem to be reading the responses and trying what is suggested, or responding with the results. My posted picture above, from June 26th, very clearly shows where Pin 1 is, there's a little arrow pointing at it. You never replied back with what you found, until just now. The injectors are opened when the ignition coil discharges. The coil discharge is "seen" by the ECU through the voltage pulse on Pin 1. If you don't have spark you won't get injection. It might also be that your noid light is connected incorrectly. That's not uncommon. And, as has been posted before, some noid lights aren't fast enough or bright enough to see the flash from the injector circuit flow. It's milliseconds long. Are you sure that you have power to the injectors themselves? "all power where it is suppose(d) to be" might not cover that. Good luck. Post the results of your work.

What I Did Today
Looks like it could outrun the virus. Is that "100" I see on the engine, or more? Don't recognize the brand.

Suspension Bushing Replacement
I think it's actually easier. The first time I removed the diff in my car, I messed around with trying to only remove the diff and leave everything else attached. It was a pain. Much easier to drop the mustache bar, diff and crossmember as a unit. Leave the inner suspension contact points hanging. If you're going to do the suspension at the same time, drop it all as one if you have the means to support it and drag it out.

COVID-19
The CDC has the numbers. The graphics aren't bad. It's hard to keep up with what's really happening. I had looked over the CDC site before and id not find this but it's there now. Worth browsing, pick your state from the menu at the top. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/cases-updates/county-map.html Here's from the WA state page. Avoid Yakima county.

Do you now of any that have per capita data? (Edit - actually that document I linked to above has per capita data from the CDC. They use it to define the "red zones". But, apparently, the data will not be available to the public anymore.) It's surprising, or not surprising considering how everything is sensationalized, that there isn't more focus on this way of viewing things. 100 cases per day in New Mexico is not the same as 100 cases per day in Florida. Per capita data gives a person an idea of the odds of catching the virus. Even better would be per capita by locale instead of state. County or city. All I really get from the graphs is that things are going the the right way or the wrong way, but no real idea of how bad things are. Washington state has an interesting site that breaks things down by county. If you know the area you can at least guess. But still, you have to know where the bigger cities are. But you can at least see where to hide within the state. https://www.doh.wa.gov/Emergencies/NovelCoronavirusOutbreak2020COVID19/DataDashboard

Check out the slide show. 359 slides. I have not been through them all, but the topic is interesting. https://publicintegrity.org/health/coronavirus-and-inequality/exclusive-white-house-document-shows-18-states-in-coronavirus-red-zone-covid-19/

1976 280Z Restoration Project
Found this paper from 1979, which already seems long ago (looks like a typewriter was used, a mechanical one,), about happenings in 1879. Electrical mysteries. Not the original author re zKar's post, just a similar vein. http://www.physics.utah.edu/~lebohec/P5510/References/Discovery_of_Hall_effect.pdf

COVID-19
We're back in to the 800's, maybe 900, deaths per day, last three days. Feels like Invasion of the Body Snatchers. Doesn't seem to be any way to fight it either. Wait and hope. https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/

The stock EFI system will not run ITB's. You'll need a completely different engine management system.

COVID-19
This is so mind-boggling I don't think the mainstream media knows what to do with it. 20,000 cheering people sitting next to each other for 3 or 4 hours. One to two weeks from now, July-August, should be another indicator of how super-spreading events work. Really hard to wrap the brain around it. It's everything that could be wrong except be indoors. I hope it was a windy day. https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2020/jul/16/nascar-race-crowd-tennessee-coronavirus

Come on now.... you did not actually take a resistance measurement at Pin 13 of the ECU connector like the "Bible" describes. Just say so, and move on.

Are you sure you got your wires back on the same way they came off? It sounds rough. 1-5-3-6-2-4 counterclockwise. These engines will run with bad firing order and missing cylinders but they won't have much power. In your second video it looks like the AFM vane is moving okay. That weight is connected to the vane. If it moves the vane is moving.
