8TH Annual Ztoberfest Car Show
Lived in and around Charlottesville, VA for 41 years. Never realized there were Z enthusiasts in my own back yard.

Differential dispute
I’d take Carl’s advice. Misrepresentation, intentional or unintentional, is all the same.

Regarding the blue Z. Why would any Datsun "with 63,000 original miles" need an engine rebuild? Anyway, is a beautiful car.

Virginia: Skyline drive and Rt. 56 In car video
Very nice, but makes me a little home sick. Lived in Virginia 41 years. Still have property in Gordonsville, VA, but only get back about once a year.

1971 240Z - $3000 Beaverton OR
Having a car shipped is a pain. Done it once before. However, I'm beginning to think it is the only way I'm going to find one without a ton of rust. Since I'm in no hurry, I don't mind the hunt.

A Best of Craigslist would be a great idea! I've been looking for a 240Z for quite a while and asked for members opinions on ones I've seen on Craigslist. Chances are if it's for sale, someone on this site either knows the car or can ponit out the good and bad to a novice like myself.

If only it wasn't an auto...anyone in the Marina Del Rey area?
This car has been on and off both Ebay and Craigslist for quite a while. I seem to remember the only issue was poor installation of the rear window louver.

He and I looked at it today. Really is a nice original, but I just couldn't pull the trigger. Think I'm going to have to come up with more cash to get one that will work for me. I'm mechanically challenged. :disappoin

Ncolz and Darrel, sounds like a plan. Been a while since I've even seen a 240Z. Well, besides the model on my book shelf. Sad...I know.

I live in the Greeley/Evans area. Sounds fun. However, all I have to cruise in is a Ford Fusion. Heck, even sold my Electraglide. Trying to be patient and find the right Z.

I know...I'm picky. I want the one the little old lady only drove to church on Sunday. It's all about logistics. I want a 240Z that is pretty much rust free and unmolested. Well, all those cars are in AZ, CA, TX and so on. So, there are the issues of getting there to look at the car before it's sold and shipping to Colorado. I'll find one, but it's going to take time.

New from Colorado
Been playing around on the site for about a month, but never formally introduced myself. Purchased my first and only Z in 1984. Was a bright yellow 1977 280Z. Have been looking for a mostly original 240Z, but nothing yet. I've found the site and members to be very helpful.
