I am expecting to get my battery mount in a few days (it is being custom fabricated). I am running a diff cooler on my R-190. and no cooler on my transmission currently. the diff cooler is a small setrab cooler with electric fans that is mounted behind differential.

My BRE Header photo
I suspect that the Stahl header would do better on a dyno...I am building a replica. So detail and accuracy first, performance second.

My BRE Header photo
At first i thought that Jere Stahl built the headers for BRE, but it turns out they made their own. This is a copy of the only known BRE race header that is still in existance. the collector length is about 30".

Honda Strut Bar/Brace for Z
Yes, there are brackets that attach to the top of the strut housing and hardware that mount it to the bottom of the strut tower support in the rear. The hardware includes a crush tube, bolts, washers and nuts. It shares the same top bracket & bolt as the front strut cage. the picture above is the only one I have presently, I believe that PDK fabrication has a few more on their site. Ron

Honda Strut Bar/Brace for Z
There is no welding required, it is completely bolt up. PDK sells this solution as a modular set up, look a little further and you should find their complete solution. If you look in my gallery you will see the photos of an installation with the motor out of the car (for better photos). I suggest that you contact PDK directly for more information. Ron

Tomohawk, could you rephrase your question? thanks! Ron C

Honda Strut Bar/Brace for Z
Well we seem to be overlooking a better option. PDK fabrication makes a stut bar solution that is designed around the needs of a 240Z. 1) 240Z's front strut towers twist under load, so anything with a rod end will allow this twisting motion. 2) Most solutions are not triangulated, without triangulation back to the fire wall your strut towers will still move significantly under cornering loads. 3) the weakest point on a 240Z is the nut-serts that hold the sway bar to the frame rail. So your best solution is a strut bar (cage) that ties your strut tower together triangulated into the firewall with support to the frame rail and front sway bar. The answer can be found at www.pdkfabrication.com Or you can go to my gallery: http://www.classiczcars.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=1229&password=&sort=7&thecat=500
