260z rims
Ok guys I have a 74 260 and i'm looking for a set of rims. I have been looking all over the net. But all rims say they need spacers and stuff. Is there anywhere I can get a set of rims that just bolt on without spacers.

Door panel backing....
I also have 6 door skins sitting in storage. If you were to pay shipping I would give them to you. Not sure what that would cost though.

whats that noise?
These are just guesses but something i myself would consider. Your flywheel could of been resurfaced wrong. Your throw out bearing could be bad if it was not replaced. Or maybe your clutch needs adjusted but those are just guesses and probably bad ones. Maybe some tranny guys will tune in.

Turbo swap
That did not help me what so ever hes right. I have a 260z and I don't wanna do swapping. Just wanna see what my options are to make it a little quicker. And if there is anything that breaks on z's motor whys or tranny whys. That defineteley needs replaced.

Turbo swap
No difference was exspected but the car to run . When I purchased the car it did not run. So I talked to some friends and i got the webber redlines from him with the adapters for 100 bucks. Then i bought my linkage for 150 so it was way cheaper than buying round tops or trying to fix my flat tops.

Turbo swap
Ok just bought the book hope it's good . Ok well another quick question is. I have seen some other dual webber conversion and they have very little vacuum lines. What all can you throw out when it comes to the webber conversion can I just get new aftermarket intake manifolds or what. Becuase I have tried to find a write up on the conversion can't really find much on it. By the way sorry I have so many questions just rather do it right the first time than have to do it again.

Turbo swap
Ok I don't know much at all about doing anything. But replacing to stock. But I have heard of shaving the head giving you a little better take off in the lower end. And maybe some new pistons. And a electric fan. What about little tricks that I can do why rebuilding to make sure it's better than stock at least without the turbo. Any suggestions.

Turbo swap

Turbo swap
Well my brothers cobra will take me in anything corners or not. I was just wondering what it would take. And by you saying what you say i can tell you do not have older brothers . But my point is is that my brothers car only has 300 horsepower. So if I got around 280 in mine it should be around a 13.5. But I also want a turbo becuase of the more tuning you can do. The fact of it being a 260z that is turbo which in my area is rare. And blowoff valves sound awesome . Just seeing what i could do to get a little more speed out of her if I could get about 250 out of my car I would be happy.

Turbo swap
Budget say 1500 but I mean I can get parts very cheap my friends dad owns a shop. By the way I wanna stay carburated don't wanna deal with fuel injection.

Turbo swap
Ok I own a 74 260z bone stock but the dual webbers. The car has been burning oil blowing gaskets here and there and is just plain worn out. So I decided to pull the motor and do a complete rebuild. But I was thinking about doing a turbo on it. I have rebuilt motors in the past even 3 280s. But I have not much knowledge on turbos to be honest. My question is what would i have to do to make my non turbo motor a turbo motor but still hold up for reliability. I know how to rebuild to stock. But i'm not really good with the performance part to make it better. Basically I want I want is to find a way to get a 13 second street car wether it being turboed or not. Reason is my older brother thinks ford rules the world and his little 13.6 second cobra is the fastest thing in the world . And I wanna show him different being we go to mokan every weekend and he always beats me and never stops rubbing it in my face. And I have put new suspension everything on my car and interior to. But i'm really lacking in the motor area sorry about babling on any help would be appreciated.

What to expect for under $3000. . . in Georgia
By the way when you do find one. Make sure you look VERY VERY carefully for rust. Rust is very sneaky and alot of people wanting to sell quick will try to cover it up rather than fix it. By the way if you want to travel. Here is a nice buy I found seen it driving around guy does not drive it to hard or anything. Plus looks clean as long as the rust monster isn't sneaking around underneath or anything. http://kansascity.craigslist.org/cto/1614896929.html

What to expect for under $3000. . . in Georgia
But you have to think with a more expensive car that the work is already done to. There could be things wrong. Like it had a really careless PO and all the wiring is messed up. And you don't know that tell you get home. Or in my case you could of found a PO that did not know what they had. I bought my 74 260z for 250 dollars drove home after putting new gas in her plus i'm the second owner. And it's my daily driver. I have put quite a few miles on. I guess my point is if I where buying a car. I would only buy a old car that needed work. That way when I do all the work I know it is not all secretely rigged up behind the dash just so it will run fine tell I get home. Just my 2 Cents but I would buy cheap and do the work myself. So I know it's done right.

Door panels
Hi came across some door panels. My friend had 3 sets sitting in his garage. He owns a flea market so he gives me all kinds of goodies. Now my mother is a amazing stitcher (actually made my wifes wedding dress). Now she made me a shifter boot and my door panel skins for 15 bucks. I will post pics soon they look amazing.
