Hey everyone, Does anyone know where i can find the European Turn Signals which fit in the grill, not the bumper. Sorry about the picture quality below, but you can kind of see the signals in the grill. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find some front European turn signal lens. I own a 71 240z. These are the turn signals which fit in the grill, not on the bumper. They are small, rectangular units. I live in Texas, so if someone knew where i could find some it would be greatly appreciated. I'm willing to go anywhere in Texas, or California to find them. My car recently developed a problem...when i reach a speed of approximately 60mph(or about 3rpm) and i let off the gas, the whole car vibrates quite a bit. As soon as i get back on the gas the car stops vibrating. I don't know too much about cars and was wondering could this be a problem with the differential?

I personally prefer an aftermarket front spoiler, but i think Z cars look incredible in any shape or form. Fiberglass front ends chip alot though.

Has anyone every swapped a 240Z engine with one of the following: a) Skyline engine (any) 300Z(X) engine (turbo or NA) c) Chevy 350 small block d) Silvia engine (SR20DET(T)) If you have could you please give me or someone else any information which would be useful. Price, size constraints, availiblity, and other modifications neccesary for swap. Thanks.

The LT1 240Z: I believe it has close to 600hp in it. I'm suprised at how small the corvette engines are. They are alot more efficient than I had previously thought. In those videos he has trouble gaining traction. You can see him shift through the gears and just try to get traction. Here some of us are trying to lose traction and he has a hard time gaining it. He also owns a Hayabusa, another amazing vehicle.

Hey everyone, Just thinking about something: Nissan U.S. has already stated that they are bringing the Skyline to the U.S. Not just a luxurious version known as the G35, but rather, an actual Skyline. My question is: "Why is nissan planning to bring the Skyline here? Won't it crush 350Z sales? Isn't the Skyline a superior car?" I don't know, but it would be weird. Although if both cars made it to production here in the U.S., I know one thing: I sure as hell won't be complaining!

Hello everyone, I have been having a problem in my 240ZX. My break pedal seems non-responsive and only works when the pedal is pushed all the way to the "floor". I have a hard time trying not to look like an idiot at school. Sometimes, even when i am at low speeds, the tires will chirp. Sometimes a little chirp sometimes a big chirp. What may be the problem? Is there a simple fix, or will i have to take it to my machanic?

That may be true, but it was purchased on ebay, or won for that matter, by a private party. An ebay user named lilydad. Doesn't sound like a nissan dealership. But, who knows?

I have alot of faith in the Z cars, but one thing is for sure a 350Z cannot compete with higher dollar sports cars. I mean if anybody reads SCC; in one of their issues this year, a 360 Modena mopped the floor with the other cars. I have to admit Ferrari and Lambourghini know what they are doing when they make their cars. And then think of all the cars that could do similar which are still around the same price. An NSX, and M3, or a gray-market skyline, all under $95K, and still amazing cars. And suppose this guy kept this 350Z in mint condition he would probably (just guessing, don't chew me out for this) won't be able to sell it for the same amount. Well, then their is this ffact: when it came out a 240ZX cost just under $4000, the guy who bought this 350Z paid $95,000 (I think my math is right), but he paid approx. 72% more. That is like buying a 240ZX for $11,360 when it came out. Someone check my math please.Doesn't sound too bad to me, if i got VIN#0000001, and it was in perfect condition. But once again its the novelty of having number one. Like mentioned before, it's all about perspective.
