Yeah, she sounds like a winner! My wife just recently bought me a brand new Ducati Streetfighter for my birthday, and now she is letting me fix up my old Z...I'm never letting her get away... You need to stop her from getting away RIGHT NOW...

It is a Japanese market Fairlady Z, right hand drive, Titled in Arizona currently...apparently taken back from Japan by a service-member. It needs work for sure...and I don't have the original 2.0L motor that came with it, so it is going to get a 2.4L from a 1971 240Z that I also have (but is in pretty poor shape body wise, but the engine is strong). Unfortunately I stored the vehicles in Arizona when I finished up going to college out there, and haven't had a chance to get out and get work done on it. The tires are flat, and it's super dusty, but luckily it is pretty dry out there in Phoenix, so I shouldn't have to worry about it rusting to pieces while I was away. Funny, I don't have any pictures of it, since I bought it before I even owned a cell phone, let alone a camera phone, and I didn't have a camera either...now I've got several cameras, but it's hard to get a picture of something in another state...sorry (you wouldn't be impressed anyway, it needs work)

Hi, Two of my cars were recently wrecked by a drunk driver (a VW Jetta and a Dodge Ram Van), so instead of buying a new junker to get around in, I've decided I'm going to fix up my old 1972 Fairlady Z, that has been waiting for me since I left college and joined the Army. I'm hoping to make it nice and clean, somewhat modified, but tastefully so (eg. new rims, etc...don't plan on changing the lines of the car) wish me luck! James
