  1. Thanks for the link
  2. Dave , only part 1 of 5 are shown.
  3. Maybe horn pad, if the original steering wheel is still in place. Some emission parts on top of the intake are different through the years.
  4. Wow, I can't believe I didn't see that. Everything about the bumpers and parts related say 77-78 for sure. Waiting for the story behind it.

Too much work! And its not fun. I'm a gadget freak and a little lazy these days

And I thought I was the only one........ As far as improving on the garage, I would install as many LED shop lights as you can.
  9. I think somewhere on this site someone mentioned having to dimple the front hub dust caps to get them to fit. Might want to do a search for that. How far off is it? Maybe take a couple pics and post them. Here it is and its the same for the 260 Wheel Hub Dust Cap 240z By jackmau, December 29, 2018 in Wheels, Tires and Brakes
  10. Finally got around to installing the harmonic damper I received for my 280 from Jeff "JSM" about 6 months ago and all is good. There was some question about its stability because of the small crack in the rubber portion of the pulley. I just Trimmed it down flush with the pulley and it looks as if the crack was never there. Plus I had a shop check it out and they said it is good.
  11. Some history might help us out. How was it running before you tore it apart, etc?
  12. I agree, it looks great!. I love the fusion of the headlight buckets with the fenders. Didn't think I was going to but I do. What are you using for bumpers? Glad to see the hood sitting right.
  13. I see that now. Missed that one.
  14. once you loosen it you can slide it up and down. But I wouldn't mess with it if it was working before you replaced the header. Maybe some pics of the top of the intake and anywhere your hands may have been. To me it sounds like what was mentioned in post #4. Have you been able to do the ECU connector test yet?

So the board must have been a standard one for at least thru 77. Maybe the beginning of 78.
  18. rcb280z replied to chiefmd's post in a topic in Fuel Injection
It has the fuel pump cut off inside. It worked on my 77 when I tested it otherwise I would not have used it. Here's a pic of the board.

Chiefmd, I think "if" you need to do anything to the refurbished unit, after installing on your 77, it will just be an adjustment on the "idle air screw" at the bottom of the AFM. This is assuming it hasn't been opened and molested.

Zed Head, the one I got from you has the 7 pins and fuel pump cut off so I assume its a 77.
