My 10K Original Mile 240z for Sale Discussion
+1 Beautiful car. Just wondering if you have any pictures of the inner area (metal) behind the front drivers side strut, right across from where the air filter assembly would be installed. It looks like its a little buckled or discolored. Not criticizing but just curious. Best of luck with the sale.

Measurement on triple webers?
- New member from New Jersey
Your right they quite comfortable. They are black leather seats from an Acura GSR. They have separate manual lumbar and bottom tilt controls.- New member from New Jersey
Thank you for the comments. Greatly appreciated.- new member from germany
In the U.S. the rear tail lights are solid red where the european tail lights are red and amber (yellow). They can be an expensive upgrade. The 240z ones are around 1160 euros. hxxp://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/33-1168 hxxp://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/PR/33-1150- new member from germany
That's a nice looking 260Z 2+2. For the U.S., they only made the 260Z for one year which was 1974 and it was also the first year they introduced the 2+2 (4 seat) configuration. I like the thin bumpers and the rear tail lights of the european cars.- Measurement on triple webers?
I just measured my set up which is triple webers, cannon intake manifold and K&N filter. From head to end of K&N filter is approximately 13.75 inches. K&N filter assembly is approx. 3.5 inches Cannon intake is approx. 5.5 inches Hope that helps.- new member from germany
Welcome Michael. Good cars are also hard to come by here in the NorthEastern US because of the weather. Best of luck to you in your search. Roy- New member from New Jersey
Hello all, I joined in October and finally had a chance to upload some photos. This is my 4th 240z and I purchased this car this past October. I purchased my 1st Z (an Orange 1972) in 1980 while in high school and been hooked ever since. This 1973 240Z was originally from Pennsylvania. The 2nd owner bought it 2005 and totally restored it. I was fortunate enough to buy it from him and am now the caretaker. Unlike the previous 3 Z, I've finally found a car that doesn't need bodywork. The only things that don't work are the clock and radio. The car has the four piston front brake upgrade and I plan to install a 79-81 280ZX brake master cylinder in the spring. The stock unit is not cutting it. Cheers, Roy - New member from New Jersey
