Free engine and Transmission! Edmonton
Blue Is a frequent flier. He will check that in his luggage and just use his "FF miles". Using the proper Doug McKenzie accent: " Be careful you don't herniate yourself with that package , ya hoser..."

Lower Rear Valence Replacement
How perfect does it need to be? I have a 76 parts car here at the house. I could look and see if the valance is good. I am not that far away...

"Meier Oberflächenbehandlung Rafz" Easy for you to say... Looks great. Almost over the hump. Once the body is done it all downhill from there...

1973 Rebuild
I agree with chuck on his time estimate. I am still trying to see the problem with you floors. Also which frame rails are ruined by jacking in the wrong place? I would like to see pictures of that. You would be surprised what can be fixed with the right tools. As for the speaker holes in the tool lockers, I would weld in patches there and move on. Dress them down from both sides. Smear a little fiber glass over the rough areas, sand smooth and roll on. No one will ever know the difference.

clutch 240z
Another thought is pedal height. The hard pedal makes me think the pressure is getting trapped and not releasing. Make sure the pedal is adjusted properly.

That is why some people shouldn't be allowed to weld!!! or go to Home Depot either...

I need help with a Dime wagon
Thanks Bruce Do most Nissan dealerships have an online parts portal?

Triple Webers on 1977 280Z
I agree with Siteunseen. It is probably the jetting or tuning in the Webers, not the vacuum advance. If I was in your place I would get a good complete set of SU's from Z therapy. They will be easier to keep tuned and are very simple to work on. Triples can be very challenging to get right.

Interior panel rivets
The one Zcars posted are used all over BMW cars. I can't image a more performance oriented car company that mass produces cars...

What To Do With 75 280Z
I would keep the original engine in it. The miles appear low and as the earlier cars get more expensive the 280z's will become the alternative and appreciate in value.

I need help with a Dime wagon
Thanks Bruce, That's what I was afraid of. I will just have to try some numbers and see what happens. I need a lot of the seals as most of these are crunchy. We'll see what I get.

I need help with a Dime wagon
I haven't liked dealing with my local Nissan dealer. Also Courtesy has been very good to us vintage car owners and I would like to support that effort. I have the same thing with my BMW's. I buy parts out of Buena Vista, CA because my local dealer always wants to hurt$$ me. Even with freight from California the parts are much cheaper than I can get locally. Any insight on whether it is really available if I can add it to the cart?

I need help with a Dime wagon
I have a question. For those of you who have ordered from Courtesy Nissan, at what point do you know if they have it or can get it. I can add parts to my cart but the little red dot is lit. "Out of stock 2-4 days" Does that means they can get it or do I have to order and just wait and see?

'72 240Z Rebuild
We have lots of black snakes, some garter snakes. We also have cotton mouths in the low country, rattlers closer to the mountains and copper heads here. I killed one of those earlier this year. I can deal with them as long as they don't surprise me and I'm not in a crawlspace with them....

I need help with a Dime wagon
I don't know for sure. It has what looks like a 2 barrel down draft, but the choke has been made inoperable by a previous owner. It could probably use a rebuild.

Thanks Philip, Mike had posted that too. I spent a good deal of time there looking around.

I need help with a Dime wagon
Thanks for the links Mike! I spent an hour or so just researching parts numbers. It is interesting everything doesn't show in the diagrams. The actual instrument cluster and gauges don't shown and the quarter window glass and seals aren't there either.

I need help with a Dime wagon
I know I am potentially going to the dark side but my son just turned 15 and we bought him a 1972 510 wagon. It is amazing how rare parts are for these cars. They makes Z's look plentiful and parts look cheap! I know we have sites that shown the part numbers for Z's, does anyone know of a site that would show parts numbers for 510 cars. Would the FAST system show it? I think Courtesy Nissan and I are gonna become good friends. Thanks, Guys "...Luke, I am your father... Nooooooo!!!...
