That's a great offer! Thanks for that! I better not, I'm too slow already because I have so many projects already

Vintage Spark Plug Wires (Sumitomo)
I would say those are original wires. They may actually work fine. I definitely wouldn't chunk them. Someone might have an interest even just for shows

Would the 12v in still be 12v after a 2.2KOhm resistor? Wouldn't it be lower?

Clutch Master Cylinder Piston "Stuck" Inside Bore
Start at post #597 p24 The bottom screw/pin retains the cylinder in the bore. You will need a sacrificial pin or a bolt for that hole. I had a corroded one that I cut off so I could plug the bottom. Tapped the reservoir. I agree, I have several Nabco clutch master cylinders and I like the idea of having the original Nabco part. The finished rebuilt part is shown in the following pages

I'm leaning in the direction that Steve was leaning. I think you have too much resistance somewhere. Your new wiring is too small, bad connection, corrosion, something. When the load spikes the flow drops momentarily. Then it recovers. I'm no "Sparkie" but that is where I would start digging. I suggest if the Captain or Steve recommends a path, that you take it. It's one of the things they're experts at!

Z Cars On TV And In Movies
I have a soft spot for Beetles. At least old ones. I learned to drive in one. I still have it, although it needs a lot of love now. My dad bought it new in Germany in 1956. Basically a one owner car

Yes, my feed is new content you haven't read. So they all show up but I never look at what subsection a thread is in. I also assumed they were accidental duplicate posts

I would like too but won't be able to make that happen. If I had a running car, I might have made it an adventure but won't happen in time

Wanted ECU?ECCS for Euro 1983 280zx Turbo (and diff between those from EU and USA model!)
I'm afraid he is probably looking for a very rare part unfortunately. He probably aught to look on the Japanese auction sites. I suspect the rest of the world got the Euro / JDM model

240ZBUILTBYME 1971 240z HS-001063 Project Georgia
I have found that on many locations the harnesses already have small bands of tape at the junctions. I also believe the original loom tape had some adhesive on it. The residue is on the wires, the ends didn't have additional wrapping to prevent raveling and it makes a noise when unwrapping that sounds like old adhesive.
