I was looking at the engine bay harness. My PO evidently hacked it up. Not surprising since one headlight fuse was melted out of the fuse box. I may need to source one... @SteveJ @Terrapin Z

I tried to work on clutch masters a while back. I got stumped because I couldn't get any of them apart. They were properly stuck. Then I thought about using a grease gun but I had to figure out to connect it. It turns out that Cody had a M10x1.0 grease zerk in his stuff Then I had to trim off the bottom screw that retains the piston so I could close up the bottom hole but not trap the piston. That's one hole closed but you have to block the reservoir hole too. So we decided to tap it to M5x.8 and put a screw with a little teflon tape You need to be really CAREFUL using pressurized grease!! You can get pin injected and that means getting filleted at the ER...

There are lots of crimp splices in the rear body harness Everywhere there is a crimp they wrapped it with a little yellow electrical tape Harness all rewrapped with an extra green for the Euro tail light set up As a side note the lamp harnesses have different plugs US to JDM. The JDM has a six wire plug with 5 wires in it.

I have boiled parts in water with some wintergreen oil. I had so so results. Better but not super pliable. I am open to ideas. It would be nice to find a way to soften up some of these pieces so I didn't have to replace them all.

Today I started on the rear body harness This is the fuse box that came out of the car...unfortunate Fuel pump wires tied back with blue tape I believe this a junction in the harness What do you do with all these insulators? They are all rock hard. Do you just replace all the terminals?? @SteveJ

There are 2 different lengths. I am assuming the long one if for the windshield and the short ones are for the sides? I have 2 of each

I wouldn't lose faith until they wouldn't stand behind their product. It doesn't sound like that's the case yet...

Also I am starting on the clutch master. I have a couple of options... It's interesting that they have different numbers near the outlet port (20,55,63) Any idea what they mean? What would a late 70 early 71 have for a number?

I hung the booster and the pedal box tonight I worked on adjusting this little tip. So I threaded it out some then checked the fit until I had a gap close to this 15/16 master for extra fluid for the Yota calipers. It's been sitting on the shelf for years, New in the box

I put the firewall pad in last weekend It's not very smooth on the passenger side and I may trim it some more to make it lay down better I also bolted these on, I will have to find some kind of foam to edge them with

So I built up some areas on the brackets Knocked them down and dressed them up The holes distorted when I straightened them and I had to works on those a little bit Drilled them after cutting off the end. I set the bracket as close to the bolt as possible Tapped at M6 On the car I am thinking I'm going to have to rework the parking brake cable. They are nowhere near being long enough to reach the mechanism. I have a plan for that though. Biggest concern is if there is enough travel in the E brake handle and whether I can preload the brake mechanism some without them dragging
  24. No interior pictures at all? Might not have any floor boards...
