  1. What are the ramifications of not having those components?
  2. Holes have to be welded closed. That requires paint. I suspect there is a source for new rubber but don't know where
  3. They are riveted on. there will be 4 or 5 rivets in each piece under the rubber
  4. Yes, do save the tip. They are NLA
  5. I think that's not recoverable
  6. You could always take the door to the paint shop. Have them scan it and see which formulation the scan is closer to

Cerium oxide is the traditional method but I routinely polish glass for Cody's car with paint cutting and polishing compounds. Works good, but wont remove the really deep scratches

Why did you need to switch tanks for the LS swap? Thats an EFI tank. Are the lines not large enough?

If I were gonna try this, I would scrape a small area with a razor blade and then polish the glass with something like meguiars mirror glaze on an electric buffer

That was probably a pretty car in the original paint color

The stock EFI doesn't like performance camshafts Also I doubt your camshaft is the main problem...

So I did some measuring Current gear offset is .112 (2.84mm) With the case on and the shaft down as far as it will go the projection into the bellhousing is .110 (2.79mm) With it pulled forward for the snap ring the projection is .195 (4.95mm) The difference is .085 (2.16mm) so the gear offset appears to be .027 (0.69mm)?
  22. I am not the resident efi expert but I'm sure one will chime in. You seem to have hot a lot of the trouble areas already. If it were me I would rig up a fuel pressure gauge I could see from the drivers seat. I suspect your pressure is dropping off. If the pressure holds I would pull the injectors and do a flow test into cups

Be careful running your starter that long! You can burn it up

At least on my car, they need to clamp pretty hard to hold the panel in
  25. You need to put that next inspection on your calendar 1/1/2099!
