If they have an LSD car it might be worth all the hassles, even the horse manure!

How long did this one get to spread before anyone took any action? I have read of cases as early as October 2019. They threatened the doctor who tried to sound the alarm early on. Now he's dead and they just apologized to his widow. Lot's of good that does!

I stocked up on painting supplies, so if I get stuck at home maybe I can make some real progress on the car Did you know that congress and their staffs are exempt from the insider trading laws?

I would have thought the 88 turbo would have had limited slip. Possibly the VSLD if it were a Shiro

I have the same logic. Which makes me wonder, what don't I know. It's why I reserve my decision on whether all the forced closures are worth it or not Look at Korea & Japan. That is one reason why they have done as well with the virus as they have @240260280 I read an article recently about crematoriums. In it the owner was talking about how much capacity he had with each unit. I did some back calculations based on Wuhans 3 crematoriums working 24/7 and 5 units each and the numbers were really serious. That doesn't include the portable capacity they brought in and the fact they were not worried about the PC aspects of no smell or ash discharge that require longer cremation times. I suspect your 60k is pretty close or even low. It wouldn't surprise me if they had 100k dead. I suspect, international governments are making decisions based on information we lack. such as the true death toll and total infections. That is why they are choosing to shut everything down

I am afraid we are going to see more of this...

This is exactly right. Society, atleast society in the US, is not nearly as polite as it was 5 or 10 years ago, and scared and or hungry people are very unpredictable. There are a surprising number of people who realize this and that there is a limited amount of food in the grocery store. I believe that is the main reason for people stocking up. The government isn't going to give any notice if they institute interstate travel bans or shelter in place orders. So many people don't really keep much food at home because a great many of them eat out a lot. If you think you might be stuck at home tomorrow for 2 weeks, you might like to have some food. Easy food too, if you might not be feeling great. It's just logical... It's actually refreshing to see that there are still some logical people in this country.

I believe all of those are R200 cars

I have been watching the John Hopkins site for 3-4 weeks now S Korea pushed very hard from the very beginning to mitigate transmission and they have a very high percentage of hospital beds versus population. Also the death rates spike when the medical system gets overwhelmed like in Italy and Iran. That's when it gets ugly. That is the reason for all the current closings, to slow transmission to a manageable level.

Your junk yard has a lot of cars laying around. If you find 300zx with the possible LSD, check it! It should have a finned cover and both wheels will turn in the same direction. Always buy the half shafts with the diff! I have 2 here that I bought a decade or so ago out of Florida
  13. Try this... 67088157-240Z-Automatic-Transmission-Manual[1].pdf Can someone move this to the technical knowledge base for me?
  14. "anonymous sources" are just gossip. Like playing "telephone"... I tend to be pretty skeptical of everything I read these days. Take it all with a grain of salt...
  15. I know very little about the 3 speeds but I would definitely looking at the solenoids. Isn't there an FSM for the 3 speed somewhere?
  16. That's funny!! I don't care who you are...
  17. Careful with the back!!! Several people including myself have had difficulties replacing the rear bearings. On reassembly the rear hub quits rotating when the nut gets torqued down. It is a function of getting the bearings set just right. On mine I took a big hammer to get them right. Maybe somebody could find the threads for me and post a link

They have always had reserves It is primarily a market place for salvage vehicles, but they have tried to expand that in recent years to vehicles that aren't wrecked. They also sell donated vehicles, like Angel cars. A car like this is probably a private seller but most of the cars are being offered by insurance companies. sometimes the ad says who the seller is, sometimes it doesn't. I just thought the price was astounding

This is really amazing to me. $6,700 significant rust and doesn't run. The ACV is unrealistic too $46k https://www.copart.com/lot/31672690
  20. If the rear bearings give you any issues with binding on reassembly, you might want to think about adding onto the end of one of the existing rear bearing / hub threads. Might also be a good time to skim those to avoid any issues. Hopefully you'll have no issues...
  21. I think I would prefer the correct shape over all else. It would be nice to know how they compare to the factory thickness

I dont think I would try to reinvent the wheel. I would just buy the harnesses I needed and swap them out

I think some of the difference is regional. A lot more datsun enthusiasts in the northwest than the southeast. So more supply...

That's a solid deal!!!! You'll owe Cliff a run around in your snake one day...
  25. As a general question to the audience. Would you prefer thicker metal or a more accurate stamping?
