  1. So i murderd my 78 280z and i can't save it. If there is anybody in the texas area illfind out where its going the motot is at 69k and great interior And all but the left side is good mas header ,coustom pipe ,speaker box I'm going a diffrent route a 300zx tt but i want ppl to know there are good Parts out there sorry this is on my phone so not the best post.

  3. Well today was fun i have to replace the clutch line broke it at the rubber line that will just take up time . its time to just turn her in to the shop the z seems to be a animal i cant tame
  4. Yea computer is down sorry for that but the phone hates me but it is all i have. I just need to know if i have to push the clutch fork back and then install the slave is it the wrong one it seems like a bad fit to me.
  5. I have no peddle play and o think i have the wrong slave its hard to install i have to push the fork iut if the way to get it in. Could just doing the clutch help and i can start fresh and just have a shop do the ajust that i need?
  6. That makes perfect sense i took it apart when i first got it and came apart to easy and did not fit right when i put it on. That and the rod is adjusted out on the master i have no free play. At allwell i know what im doing after work that and getting some bushings just for good measure she is old and needs the love.
  7. And i almost forgot no free play in the peddle and iys stiffer then it was.
  8. Ok ill look at my fsm. I got in it today and going good then i got a hair cut got in and same problem so im confused i have been through it all but i guess this gremlin needs a diffrent person to work it out.
  9. Ok it seems. Like more but is that from the base or the bugging g of the rubber on the slave sorry phone hates me.

I ran the ajustments to where they are supposed to be and no. dice just a interment thing if I put the master where its Suppose to be can't shift and the peddle ill get some slip. I'm wondering if I should do a clutch and get the ajust done. I have 67xxx original miles on the devil.

  12. Ok I did mess with the ajust ments and its still hard to shift but then it will want to go back to shifting hard and grinding I replaced everything but the hose. Ill put that on tomorrow but I put grease where the shifter is under the boot. But I need some guidance.
  13. Update now it seems to be a intermittent problem so ill do shifter stuff and ajustments and hope that works
  14. Yea I have to go a diffrent way. I'm going to have to replace more things. Still binding but it was fine last night after I ajusted the peddle. So I think ill grease the shifter and replace said bushings
  15. The inter Web knows all I feel like a tard peddle ajust and its in top shape
