Reproduction headlight covers
My understanding is that there are two types of poly materials used. The attached article provides the differences. I am no expert with this stuff but it seems both types are fairly haze resistant with the difference being more in one being more starch resistant and one being more brittle. Toss a coin on which poly plastic to use. Well I attempted to attach the file but guess we can't u upload a pdf file. If you PM me I will send the article to you. I just have to ask, the metal being used what type of metal are you using, stainless, or what? Also, lenses are they of lexan or the plastic that yellow as they age. They look great but little info on their construction. Thank you. Sent from my [device_name] using http://Classic Zcar Club mobile

Outer Sill (Rocker) Replacement
Hi all, Diseypon is around. In my conversation with him building seat brackets and inner rocker panels were not his primary business. Be patient for a reply. I can attest to the level of attention and quality of his work. I have a complete seat bracket set as well as his inner rocker panels. All high quality items and worth the wait to establish a contact and he is a great guy to chat with.

Stainless steel headers, exhausts and JDM twin-pipe mufflers.
Hi Sean, was gleaning through the threads and saw you mentioned possibly offer a choice on down pipes for the S30. Have you come up with those options(are you planning round ports?)? I am a ways out from needing an exhaust but would like to have the exhaust on hand as I near that point. Also, wanted to see what you have come up with for shipping cost to the US? I am in Wisconsin, zip 54457. Thank ya! Have Merry Christmas. Wayne Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF700T using Classic Zcar Club mobile

Duffy's 1/71 Series 1 240z build
Parts look great. They did a nice job plating. I will have to search around here in Central Wi. Spokane has a fair supply of Z. I am originally from Cheney. Hope to return when I retire in the next couple of years. If I do not sure how to move to unrestored 71 Z's. Look forward to following your post. New Tool Toy
finally got another day for the door and new toy. Did test fit of the door skin. Clamp the skin to the door frame tacked them together at the top. Then got out the door skin hammer and dolly to fold the skin crimp over. Finally what I have been waiting using my pneumatic skin crimping tool. WOW! Was that quick and slick! To finish the day off I shot the Interior side of the door in epoxy primer. Will do the skin next and then onto finishing the door and peel the driver door apart! Enjoy the Laborless Day weekend. New Tool Toy
Great day, temps in the upper 60's. Got the door sprayed with expoxy primer once dried late this afternoon I strayed the Lizzard skin sound control. Tomorrow I will spray the ceramic insulation. If all goes well next weekend I will get time to put the door skin back on. Sent from my SM-G930V using Classic Zcar Club mobile
