  6. My understanding is that there are two types of poly materials used. The attached article provides the differences. I am no expert with this stuff but it seems both types are fairly haze resistant with the difference being more in one being more starch resistant and one being more brittle. Toss a coin on which poly plastic to use. Well I attempted to attach the file but guess we can't u upload a pdf file. If you PM me I will send the article to you. 14. Hi all, Diseypon is around. In my conversation with him building seat brackets and inner rocker panels were not his primary business. Be patient for a reply. I can attest to the level of attention and quality of his work. I have a complete seat bracket set as well as his inner rocker panels. All high quality items and worth the wait to establish a contact and he is a great guy to chat with.

  24. finally got another day for the door and new toy. Did test fit of the door skin. Clamp the skin to the door frame tacked them together at the top. Then got out the door skin hammer and dolly to fold the skin crimp over. Finally what I have been waiting using my pneumatic skin crimping tool. WOW! Was that quick and slick! To finish the day off I shot the Interior side of the door in epoxy primer. Will do the skin next and then onto finishing the door and peel the driver door apart! Enjoy the Laborless Day weekend.
