just a reminder that there is less than a week until the Branson trip. Everyone is welcome to join us there for a weekend of fun. I'm a member of the Oklahoma club and this started out being a weekend trip that we take , then other clubs have said that they want to meet us there. Should be a big turn out, lots of fun. hey i'm new here too. It seems to be a great site. back to you beware of RUST!!!! I don't think it really matters what model you get just make sure its rust free. If you're goning to change out engines why not go with a ZX-turbo? As far as bumpers go you can always go the after market route, they may even be lighter. Later

hey fellow Oklahoman, I too had a close call recently. I was driving my '78 black pearl 280z a couple of weeks ago after work,and almost totalled it. This teen-age girl, driving this brand new something daddy bought her, was in the left lane right next to me. TALKING ON HER PHONE! Then desided to change lanes - NO TURNSIGNAL-. I hit the brakes, swirved right into a parking lots driveway. Hit the curb and bent miy mag.:tapemouth ! But I missed the suv trying to exit the parking lot and the telephon pole just before the drive. The worst thing is she never saw me! She didn't remember anything about, so she told me after I cought back up to her. Luckly no real damage though. :classic:

hey, i have an early 260z that has a holley 390 cfm conv. Once I got the correct mixture the car ran great. Then the engine locked up about a week later.
