Hello Sorry if I was a little excited with the first thread, I was in the rush and i wanted to put the thread as soon as i could, I didn't mean to shout or something like that. basically I do not know the problem , the sypmtoms are as follow: 1 - At warm temperature the car starts to act, missfiring, 2 - the car doesn't stops when missfairing, because the idle has been raised to 1500rpm, 3 - When car cool down everything goes back to normal hope this info helps and hope somebody could help me with this issue. thanks , again 1976 280Z 4SPEED NO MODIFICATION 1976 280z 1990 300zx 2004 350z FairLady z (I'll get it back!!)

HELLO, I JUST GOT THE Z A WEEK AGO , CHECKING EVERYTHING THE PROBLEM THE GUY THAT SOLD IT TO ME HAPPENED, WHEN THE CAR START GETTING WARM, IT START I DONT KNOW, MISSFIRING, NO POWER AT ALL, 1ST, CLUTCH, 2ND, NOTHING CLUTCH, 3RD NITHING, 4TH NOTING, I HAD TO STOP THE CAR LET IT COOL FOR A LITTLE, AND THE IT STARTS LIKE NOTHING, THEN A COUPLE OF MINUTES AFTER, EVERY THING START AGAIN, .. ALSO THE IDLE RPM ARE REALLY HIGH, 1500RPM, I TRYED TO LOWER IT TO STANDARD ABOUT 800PRM, HOWEVER, WHE THE ENGINE START, AND THE MISSFIRING HAPPEND THE ENGINE AT THAT LOW RPM SHUTOFF., AND THEN ALL OVER AGAIN,. ALSO I CHECKED THE MAF UNIT, I TOY WITH THE TROTLE AND TRY TO PEEK IN THE MAF UNIT , AND I SEE SOME ACTION I DONT UNDERSTAND,. THE FEELING I GET WHEN I'M DRIVING IND THE "MISSFIRE" HAPPEND IS AS YOU PUTTING YOUR HAND TO COVER THE MAF , JUST LIKE THAT WITH A EXHAUST ACTIVITY. Hello, My name is Cesar I'm located here in SoCal, and a couple of days ago after almost two years, I got my 280z for the price I could afford:), there some work to do on it, however I am looking forward to it, I am very excited and wanted to share my emotions with people that have the same feeling for the LEGENDARY Z, attached are some pics of my 76 280z, any sugestions?
