  2. the only difference is, that there is a slight curve on the downward turn on all 4 corners. Steve
  3. I noticed them, with your description of slight damage. That was a good deal. Last few sets I watched went for $425-$599 range.
  4. nice write up... When I did my dash repair I used fiberglass as a backing on the underside of the dash and filled the gap with great stuff spray foam. I also did an undercut on the dash cuts vs a straight cut. I did my dash over 3 years ago and still no cracks. Steve

  7. The insert looks like these. It is two pieces, the insert and a clear boot over the top.
  8. Do whatever will let you sleep the best at night. I used a heat gun and scraper to remove my undercoating. Also you better put that large rear fuel line insulator with your other unless you plan on buying a whole new set from me. Steve

  11. I am not sure how long they will last either but I still have an original one on the rightside door latch on my 71 240z. It is a tight fit getting the new rubber on and in place. The rubber I use is industrial grade urethane, so if it fails it is not because of the product. and thanks for the order. I am all sold out now but making more. Steve

  14. I did a mod to my shifter today for the later style transmission into my 71. 20 years ago I replaced my transmission and I just cut the console. I found a pic of a modified shifter for my setup, so I set up a jig and did the modification. Steve

  18. Coming soon for the 69 cars... Hood release and speedometer combo grommet. Machined a new master grommet, which is just a little more beefy since the grommet will need to be cut and glued to fit the speedometer cable. Steve

  20. I have been asked "if I had the brackets for the fuel and brake lines". Each new bracket is hand made and the holes have been punched out with CNC Strippit turret punch. Each of the brackets will be Cad plated plus the bolts will also be Cad plated. preview of the brackets.
