  1. 1/battery cable clip - I have never seen this but could do this one. I would think it is metal with a rubber coating. More pictures and a size drawing would help out. 2/fuse cover - the white lettering would be hard so leaning to no. 3/fuse cover stopper teeth - could do this one. 4/flasher knob - I cant figure how to get the knob off 5/early spare tyre holder rubber cover - working on this one right now. 6/luggage belt clip - could do this one 7/door dove tail original style - no 8/ 1971 and later shoulder belt clip - could do this one 9/seat belts clip -could do this one 10/early shoulder belt anchor washers - could do this one 11/early tyre stopper rubber band - would pass on this one, new urethane rubber does not like to be stretched for a long period. 12/ early seat bottom side cover - working on the set right now. I really comes down to what I need for my car and then the demand.
  2. They would spent over $2000 with me on just the rubber parts...
  3. I have the antenna drain tube and 240z grommet for the lower fender well... Somethings I don't advertise for sale.
  4. I replaced mine. You need to grind off the pin end and then press it out. I could not locate new pins, so I ended up reusing mine by putting a small tack weld on the pin end to hold it back in place.
  5. The grommets turned out very nice. Since there is a slight .5mm difference in the heights of each, I will offer both as a combo. http://www.240zrubberparts.com/apps/webstore/products/show/7723543
  6. this week ending on 2-9-18 will be offering a bundle kit for $75.00 plus $8 shipping. Black top for finisher nut Antenna ball 3-piece kit fender-top rubber seal Send me an email at orders@240zrubberparts.com with your email address and I will send you a paypal invoice once your kit is ready.
  7. I received the two grommets from Mike and I will be reproducing both. There is a slight .5mm difference in the heights of each.
  8. Finished up the Rear panels with NOS Nissan Tail lights that I purchased back in the late 90's.
  9. Finishing up the doors with NOS Door panels that I picked up in 2014 from Fishcreek Nissan in Canada..
  10. The Brass "fingers" must be installed in the finisher nut for a proper fit. There must be zero left over plastic from the old top in the finisher nut or on the brass "fingers". The lower lip on the new top is paper thin but it must be like this for the correct fit.
  11. Update.. I have sent a sample set to Zup for his review and opinion.
  12. Thanks for the tip... I used 4 mill plastic sheet and 3m strip-calk.
  13. Mike will be sending me the original for a factory correct reproduction....
  14. Looking for a picture of the original factory installed 240z inner door plastic vapor barrier. I have been so busy the last 3 years with www.240zrubberparts.com helping out other owners with their projects, my project has been stalled out. I started working on getting the doors back together today. Everything has been replated and installed new window rollers and cups.
  15. can you give the height of each section?
  16. I worked my magic and have these ready to reproduce. One is plastic and the other is rubber plus the small finisher nut rubber seal. Should be about a week before I get some samples ready. I will update once I get them finished.
  17. I have a good sample.... This is the one I don't have a great sample of. The one I have has a few groove marks on the underside from the grounding ring.
  18. here is what I have. The part on the right is the rubber part that goes on the lower part and should be inside the car. This is the part that my sample is not perfect but maybe this one is not so important since it is inside the car. The part on the left is the hard plastic part that goes on the outside. I have a near perfect sample of this and can do this one. I already have the antenna base seal available. http://www.240zrubberparts.com/apps/webstore/products/show/6517164 feed back welcome.
  19. Does the plastic one go up on top and the rubber one is below? I have a really good sample of the black plastic one but my rubber one is not so perfect. I could machine a new rubber one as a master but that is a lot of work.
  20. I am making a batch of new ones this week. The only difference is that the reproduction is a little wider at the top by about 0.5mm. The original is .035" and my reproduction is .055" wide. The only thing you need to do is get the old top out of the finisher nut and install the new along with original star looking washer( metal retainer). Other than the small size difference, it is a perfect fit and look. It is also nice and tight around the antenna mast. original is on the left and reproduction is on the right.
  21. I reworked the plastic replacement cap for the finishing nut last week. As you can see it has a paper thin ring that goes down into the finisher nut along with a star looking washer. It fits perfectly even with the star looking washer inside the cap. Should be available to order in the next week.
  22. It has been awhile since I added a new item, since I just about have every part made. I now have the 70-71 rear brake cylinder rubber kit completed. You will need to reuse your retaining clip.
  23. nice looking 240z. I still have my very first car which was a 240z and I have had it 35 years...
  24. When installing the new battery cables you will need the correct battery with the + terminal under the fender, like originally from factory. That is a group 24f battery. I believe Nissan sells the correct battery part#999M1-NB24C which puts + under fender . The car looks great.
