  1. A preview of a project I have been working on. reproductions of the 70-73 air cleaner gaskets. These will need to be glued in place like the originals.
  2. They seal the hatch hinges. Will fit all 240z's and 260z but not 260z 2+2. I have them for $100 for the set. http://www.240zrubberparts.com/apps/webstore/products/show/4711291
  3. Chas, the 240z uses a spade type connector at the ballast resistor, so I am not sure what other models use as connector. steve
  4. speedometer cable holder tab. This is a tab located between the transmission and the block. There are two tabs on the right and left side that hold the speedometer cable in place.
  5. Oil sending unit wire tab that mounts on the right front motor mount. Entire bracket has been plated then rubberized.
  6. http://www.classiczcars.com/topic/45939-appliance-wheel-valve-stems-needed/?hl=%2Bangled+%2Bvalve+%2Bstem steve
  7. I dont think the plastic will come out but the spring will. Unless you can separate the metal into two pieces then the plastic will come out. I have a new set and where they spot welded the two pieces together they(nissan) spray painted silver the spotweld over the zinc plating. I do have new rubber in the correct black color. http://www.240zrubberparts.com/apps/webstore/products/show/4423534 Steve

  10. I believe that all replacements , new or old NOS are bigger than the original.
  11. here is a nissan knob from 1999 and the original. first the size on 99 is much wider 1.75" vs 1.565" and second it is taller 2.35" vs 2.27" and lighter color. The original is dark in color.

  13. Looking nice....I see some new rubber parts in your future.....
  14. I used SEM Bumper repair - 68422 which has about 5 min set up and 15-20 cure time.
  15. Use a Dremel and cut up under the dash cover into the foam like this \ , instead of a straight up and down cut. This will help with the filler from lifting. You only want a very thin layer of Sem bumper filler. When you sand the repair ,tape off around the repair so you dont sand into the good parts of the dash. Steve
  16. Replacement weld-in engine bay wire tabs. Each tab was punched out with a cnc strippit turret punch. Also has rubber coating and a hole for a plug weld. Steve
  17. not sure about that. I had talked with the owner about another two Z cars he had for sale, the engine came out of it for this project and the frame was bent from improper replacement floor pans, so he sold that one off. The other was a 260z that he purchased but found out it had a patched sunroof. I know he has every bit of 25k putting this one together with 3 different car shipped in. I looked at the car at the race shop that was building the car. the guy who is selling the car is different from owner I talked with.
  18. not mine but I have seen the car. https://greenville.craigslist.org/cto/4854536217.html
