After today's news you can put all nine fingers and 10 toes on the wrongness.

I sent him a pm. I haven't seen any post lately. I know he works weird spurts of time so I'm waiting on a reply. Can't do without Hoover.

If it doesn't have 3 pedals it's not on my horizon. I'd rather go with the Subaru. I'm getting old so a Cadillac car might be my preference.

There's one for sale about a mile from here. I'm going to get side by side photos when we can get together and post them up on here. It has the quarter window that I don't see on the new Nissan Z but those F35 jet scoops can stay in the air for all I care. Don't get me wrong, I'd take a pink Supra if you offered me one.

They missed the 50th anniversary. 51 is okay if that's the one. I like the look, simple in my opinion. I like the Supra but it's got a lot of BS body lines to me.
  6. Do you guys have the motor leveler for your hoist? They're cheap from Harbor Freight. Instead of turning that crappy handle you can put a socket wrench on the other end.

That's a fantastic bike! I rode a YZ490 4 speed once and couldn't keep the handlebars out of my face. That thing was like a rocket. I couldn't kick one over now. If it doesn't have a battery I can't start one. I apologize for getting off point on this guys thread but I need some good memories right now. Thank you for allowing me to play. Oh it's YOUR thread! Thank you once again. Cliff

I remember two 2 stroke street bike motorcycles. My Dad had a red Yamaha RD 350 and a friend had a Suzuki GT 750. I had a KX 80 and that fast little bike changed my life, damn power band! I can hardly walk now from the wrecks I've had on those two wheelers.

"Dr Jon Voight" according to Heisenberg.

Don't forget to put rubber hose sections over the cap bolts to not scar the the crank.

I've used this one one 2 rebuilds without any issues. Just got it as tight as possible and tapped the piston down with a hammer handle.

It's like the yellow Zap, right? Is that a dealer edition or they came from Japan with the extras?
  13. Not sure what washers you're speaking of but here's a good drawing of the parts. Good luck.
  14. I got in a tranny fiasco on Bourbon Street a few years ago. I've never been in a fight but that was the closest so far. They are mean.

Isn't it notch towards the front, # to the left of the notch and oil squirt hole on the passenger's side? Monroe's book page 125.

It's been awhile but 12 oclock from what I remember was the windshield then 3 would be driver's side, 6 radiator and 9 passenger's side. There is that little nick showing the front of the cup which would be the radiator.
  17. What's the rear? Is the air flow the same? Just read Mark's post.
  18. Trying to remember I do believe the heater hose grommets are the same as the rear panel fuel vent line hose?
  19. I bought mine at local Nissan dealership. The heater hoses through the firewall and the rear hatch. Google these numbers, I don't remember which was which.

Same idea as a toilet bowl adjustment.
  21. Squeaking could be the alternator belt or the water pump. Are you sure you have coolant?

Could have been silver originally? Those look good like the old Porsches. Look for the color code on the radiator support. Then look it up here... http://zhome.com/History/ZColorGallary/index.html

That looks like a '73's bumpers. Look at the manufacturer date plate on the drivers side door jam. If 9/72 they consider it a '73. The '73s have a slightly beefier bumper mount. The are a little farther out from the body and have heavier duty mounts. Still, a fantastic car. Slightly different from a '72 though so keep that in mind when ordering parts. Cheers!
  24. If you don't have window hang a Sonic tray on there and a potted plant.
