You can look through this registry and maybe find one close and assume it was on the same boat and went to the same dealership. Nothing definite but you can think your close. 240s only though, not sure what you have. https://zhome.com/IZCC/ZRegisters/ google results show a couple more. https://www.google.com/search?q=zcarclub.org&client=ms-android-americamovil-us-revc&source=android-home&source=hp&ei=TKH0YJGzB8b2swWh9ZfIBg&oq=zcarclub.org&gs_lcp=ChFtb2JpbGUtZ3dzLXdpei1ocBADMgQIHhAKOgUIKRCxAzoCCCk6CAgpEKABEIsDOgUIKRCgAToICAAQ6gIQjwE6BQgAELEDOgsILhCxAxDHARCjAjoCCAA6CAguELEDEIMBOggILhDHARCvAToLCC4QxwEQrwEQkwI6BAgAEAo6BAguEAo6BggAEAoQHjoGCAAQDRAeOgUIABDNAlD8FFjvQ2DISGgBcAB4AIABqgGIAd8LkgEEMS4xMZgBAKABAbABHg&sclient=mobile-gws-wiz-hp
  3. My older sister got me to eat a brown colored Crayon, said it was chocolate. I hadn't had a good clean wipe since 1973.

Are the revs going up as it falls flat? Wondering if the prop is slipping on the shaft from worn out hub splines. Another thing, is it going into gear completely? Mine would "spin out" if the gear shift drive cable was out of adjustment.

Wearing mask is back. No shitrts no shoes no mask, no entry. No shaving, no clipping nose hairs, no kissing girls asses. I'm happy! Let it be...
  6. Put a jerry can behind the car and run the fuel supply line into that, bypassing the fuel tank. You can also run a straight wire with alligator clips on both ends from the battery to the pump, bypassing all the pumps safety shut offs. Have a hose pipe or extinguisher close by when straight wiring the system. Remember everything after the pump is high pressure so be extra careful for loose or rotten hoses.
  7. I rember the plastic and the metal hold down piece. The zcardepot ones hopefully come with the rubber O-rings. You can use the old ones just be careful removing them from the old injectors. Try spinning them loose while they're still on instead of prying them off with a screwdriver.
  8. I hope they don't use the bumper mounts for towing that V8!
  9. These are $6.99 plus shipping. You might find them cheaper on Ebay. Good luck and I hope she sales quick too. https://zcardepot.com/products/fuel-injector-base-holder-trigger-280z-280zx-75-83?variant=19274253729905&currency=USD&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=google+shopping&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI6NSWrejl8QIV8QaICR2uBQ08EAQYASABEgK6f_D_BwE
  10. Absolutely fantastic looking car! You did a great job. Paint color is wonderful too. The worst title also. Sarcasim, I love it! You win!
  11. Glass out for sure. Anything other is lipstick on a pig.

If the "My pillow" crackhead could make money telling people to get vaccinated then the others would be civil and get their shots. This Delta variant is going to erase the progress we've made. The thing with it is it's affecting people's kids where the not so aggressive one was getting older people. God help us if your kid gets sick. That changes everything. And oh my, what if our dogs can get it? They'll run out of vaccinations/syringes then.

I used the bronze door pin bushings on both my cars. Easy to get and cheap. Tightens up the shifter a lot too. https://www.atlanticz.ca/zclub/techtips/shifterbushing/index.html
  15. The ITMs are lighter. I've got .030 over sized and way back when I did my research they were the lightest of the small group, maybe not a group just all that was available at the time. Don't forget to get an aluminum flywheel if you're going to do a weight watcher build, you won't regret it. I did a balanced weight and it was easy and fun to balance half the bottom, didn't touch the crank. Then balancing the valve train was the fun part, literally fun. I shaved the parts then wire wheeled them to be slick all around. Did a good cleaning after that with lacquer thinner then wiped everything down with good wheel bearing grease. Kinda proud of that if you can't tell.

Zed Head is right as usual. Put the rear up on ramps. It does make it easier. Let the air out of the front tires if it gets tight. Use a rope and foot long piece of wood through the shifter hole to keep the transmission up and snug.
  17. Those speed bumps around the front entrance are like mountain trails but I think the Defender will be able to pull over them without damage. Now my 240 has to be parked coming in from the entrance to the parking lot. It's a lot of walking and the handicap placard is useless.

Put one of these on the drive shaft out put too. Keeps from making a mess and you can drain the fluid after to get it pulled. Edit. The one on top was for pressure wasing, cleaning. You won't need that to keep the fluid in.

For what's it worth I install the motor with the 6-1 header bolted down then hook up the backend of the exhaust. Remove the steering rod first. That helps a whole lot.
  20. You're the brains behind it so you for sure qualify.
  21. Wow! I can't determine who's got the bigger balls. The Marshall or the guy raising sand around him? Great video, thanks for sharing.
  22. This has nothing to do with Zs but Stihl equipment. They've gone to a new carb tool they won't sale you, bat rastards, for adjusting the high and low settings. After a month of trying to save a dollar I found what works at Harbor Freight. It's a screwdriver set with a 4mm tool you need all the rest are just a bonus in my thinking and I must offset everything with a positive spin. Wacko I know, I get that every other day. https://www.harborfreight.com/16-piece-precision-screwdriver-set-4143.html

We have a Fastenal brick and mortar store here. Is that a Southern business or are they nationwide? They have everything too.
  24. Took it out for a 30 minute drive. Broke the ceramic pads loose, no squeaking , burnt the older fuel in the float chambers and the delivery system. Heated the tires up to keep any flat spots away. Italian tune up! Everything's working good so I'm happy for another month or so until I do it again. Weather's nice down here for a change. You NW folks are experiencing what we do every year I've read. Sorry about that but it's El Nino acting up a lot sooner than normal. They say "going to hell in a handbasket" around here when there's no end in sight.
