    You guys are not making this any easier . i maybe could have got a few more bucks for it. but what the hell. the door cards cam for a guy in cali i think i found him on the site. the only draw back is yoiu have to go elc. on the windows. thanks again guys this site is great.

    I think 8,000.00 is a good price tell what you guys think its on craigslist and i have had lots of intrust might be gone today or tomorrow. would love to keep it i just need the money and do not have the space for it right now.

    Ok so i took a closer look last night you are right i have the VA (fronts) and HA (rears). thanks for the help hope to get them put on next week.i will try to get some before and after photos to post.

    I have them on a 76 280. they did take a little work to get them paint ready but not to bad and they bolted right up. hope that helps.

Ok after doing some searching i came across this thread and wow. way more information then i needed. my question is can i remove the EGR? i ask this because i seen thishttp://datsunspirit.com/?wpsc-product=egr-block-off-plate-kit-for-280z280zx not sure i posted that right but anyway. my EGR is a eye sour and i thought that this would clean it up but now i am thinking that i am missing something. but the question is still the same can i remove the EGR valve and what will it do?

Ok so i have been flowing this other thread for some time. hopping you would find the trouble as my 76 is some what the same. new injectors new csv new plugs and wires ngk new. mine starts right up when cold. but then is running very rich until it warms up it then is still rich i think just not as bad.the other day day i did find something interesting. right after start up when cold it i would remove the oil fill cap it would run better.after it was warm just the opposite. is there any thing to that.not sure how to link this to the other thread?

  13. seams to be the switch. dam it thought i had that thing fixed.
  14. Ok so it could be just the new pump is bad. it starts to spit out a little fluid then pops .thanks
  15. Ok washer pump trouble. got the new pump fixed the wires. now the pump pops the fuse as soon as i push the button. cant seam to find the reason why.

    Lust did the upgrade this week end. got the 145 high output fom Z specialties. could not be happier. hooked right up lots of power nice unit.
  18. yes i ordered the nissan part had to rework it a bit but it did work i took some pics i will see if i can find them.

    Happy to report i took it to Muffler shop. 100.00 later all is good. he was able to remove the other two nuts and drill the broken one out and replace it.he did say it was a PINTA and broke some bits. sounds a lot better now. son says it to quite now so here we go going with the Monza system i think.

    Ok where my down pipe connects one stud is broke off. first are the studs SS. the shop says if they are will be hard to drill out. has anyone had to do this. Next the down pipe is there any reason to replace this it looks to be in ok shape. soon i will be replacing the rest of the system maybe with 2" or 2.5" system.looking at the MSA premium system or the monza from BD. any tips would be great thanks.

    I have a 76 280. should i be worried about what gas we put in it? has anyone had any problems with the ethanol thats in most gas out there? its hard to find gas anymore that does not have it in it. and now its hard to tell witch ones do and don't have it.
  22. I used the lizzard skin just make sure you put it on heavy. not sure i put enough on and was to late to spray more. so i got some pad with the foil on it from my upholstery guy looks to be good stuff and was cheep. ready for carpet now.

    I have a 76 280 4 speed. was working fine when i parked it last summer. the other day went to start it clutch peddle went all the way to the floor nothing there. checked the fluid it was low so i added some no luck. last night tried to bleed it when i opened up the bleeder nothing came out even when my son pumped it. so was thiking master is shot .but after reading some on here and looking at the slave my question is the slave and fork. should the slave piston be out that is how it is was thinking it should be in then when you push on the peddle it should come out.
