  1. Well 3 doors can be repaired but really need drivers rear door because style lines have been completely dented out. Could still do with front guards too

  4. Hey guys. After looking at the project again, the doors and guards I have really need replacing due to how rusted they are. Would be a huge job fixing them So just seeing what's out there. After all 4 doors and front guards. I'm Located in Adelaide, and have only found 1 wrecker that has guards and 2 doors and they want way too much for them. I'm happy to pay for postage if the price is right. Don't mind some rust repairs, just not like mine with the whole corner rusted off or the whole bottom of the door and guards needing cutting out Thanks, Terry.

havent done a whole lot. Stripped a tail light garnish and started sanding it down ready to paint But my mind is set on some widened steelies for the 240K. theres a place here in sa that widens them but its quite pricey. I wanna go for jdm look with as wide as i can go with stretched tyres. Anyone had experience with widening steelies or know of any rims that will suit or the best offsets? rather than go the typical 'chaser' rims like off a R31, thought the crappy ones on it would look cooler if they were widened
  12. nah sorry guys louvre is sold

We picked up a wreck found in a paddock. Got a rusty door, gauges, front seat, tail light Panel, badges, rocker cover, door trims, grille and few other bits When I work out what I don't need i will put up for sale.
  18. Last weekend a nice bloke let us take 1 out of his 2 240k's that were in his paddock. The other one I thought was worth sharing. You think you've seen rusty 240k's? This one he used to rally in. Equipped with a rollcage and mudflaps! Managed to salvage great condition chrome mirrors, guages and few tail light parts. Enjoy

  24. can you come do my grille like that! that looks great! did u mask all the chrome then spray it?
  25. hey guys. ive ripped my L24 out my 240K, and im looking at freshening it up a bit. ive got a set of early 240Z SU carbs to put on it, that im looking at getting restored. anyone had experience with getting them cleaned and re-coated? What are peoples opinions on what I should do to the motor thats worthwhile. So far im thinking: valve seat grind, rings, bearings, gaskets, bore hone. (Will be doing most the work myself) -been told timing chains on these motors are worth changing? -mechanical fuel pump? change to electric? -was looking at the 280z dizzy, but im not keen on losing my tacho? -bigger alternator worth while? -etc I have no experience with these motors so any help is appreciated! cheers Terry
