THERE WHERE VERY SLIGHT HINTS OF A "RICED" UP 350Z BUT THEY DID NOT SHOW THE COMPLETE CAR ONLY SOME VERY CLOSE AND VAGUE SHOTS.

IT IS A SINGLE BARREL HITACHI DOWNDRAFT(SP) SETUP FOR THE JAPANESE MARKET ZED'S IT CAME WITH THE L20 ENGINE AND IS SUPPOSED TO BE RARE. SHOWN IS THE EXHAUST AND INTAKE MANIFOLD, THE CARB, AND THE EMISSIONS SYSTEM. THE BLUE PAN/PART AT THE TOP IS PART OF THE AIR BOX. BECAUSE OF THE EGR VALVE I WOULD GUESS IT IS FROM A LATER MODEL ZED. AM I RIGHT.

Hi The urethane lower valences are 90% made by XENON (Check out there web site for a pick.) I bought mine from work for $150.00can.I was really surprised with the quality you can litterally just wet sand and then bolt it on I have heard that the middle starts to sag after a while so it should be reinforced with some sort of a bracket. A freind of mine is still painting mine so I am not sure if the sagging is an issue yet. Oh, you have to drill your own mounting holes. I have seen the newer model spoilers, modified to fit the older cars to get rid of the turn signals. IMHO the "BRE spook" style spoiler looks the coolest the only reason I did not go with it is the lower valence on my car was rusted to heck. and it is fiberglass so not as durable as the urethane. Last words adhesion promoter and flex agent are very importent for a durable paint finish. tell me if im mumbling

There was no damage, I am happy to say. The car barely moved a meter for what must have been over a minute.

It all started on one hot and very late summer night. I had just gotten home from a very long shift at work so you have to understand that I was tired as hell, and all I wanted to do was crawl into bed and die. Anyway, I pull up into our drive, and I notice the passenger side window is down. So, I reach over and start winding it up as I look up out of the sunroof, and I think to myself man are the stars beautiful. As I'm starring out the sunroof, I notice a bush slowly creap into view it grows into a branch and then a trunk. Holly S#@T the neighbors massive fifty year old maple is falling over. I start to panic and fumble with the seat belt for what seems like hours. I finally get it released and fall out the door, cursing like theres no tomorrow, just as I hear a big crash. I lay there for a few seconds, reflecting on what just happened. I finally build the courage, to get up and servey the damage. Nothing happened, After I stop criing from laughter. I put the clues together. When I stopped the car I left the emergency brake down and when I was winding the window up I couldn't see out the windows, so the opticle illusion of the steady stars and the car moving made it seem like the tree was falling, and the crash I heard, it was just my car rolling into my neighbors car. This is the funniest thing that has ever happened to me in a car. Well at least from what I can talk about, publicly. Happy holidays Ahmed

I LIVE IN TORONTO SO I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT. I HAVE THIS THEORY THAT NISSAN REPLACED ALL THE Z'S WITH ZX'S. I CAN GO FOR MONTH'S WITHOUT SEEING ANOTHER Z, BUT I SEE A ZX ALMOST EVERYDAY. WINTER DOESNT HELP EITHER

Nissan already has a luxury brand in North America! Infiniti If Nissan wanted to make a global luxury arm, it would make more sense to use an already established luxury brand. I would also like to see Datsun used as a performance division.

I decided to gut the interior in my zed, so I could POR 15 everything. Anyway when I took the heater assembly out. I found it was being occupied by mice at one point. Anyway everything was stuffed with grass. and I guess the moisture rotted most of the metal away. I was wondering which years of zed heater assemblies are interchangable. I SHOULD HAVE PROBABLY MENTIONED THAT I HAVE A 1970 240Z WITH NO AIR. I HAVE BEEN SNOOPING AROUND, AND FROM WHAT I HAVE GATHERED THE HEATING IS THE SAME UNTIL 73, CAN ANYBODY CONFIRM THIS. IS THE LATER VACUUM CONTROLLED TYPE SUPERIOR IN DESIGN, IF SO, IS IT COMPATIBLE WITH THE EARLIER SETUP. THANKS
