    Love the car, can't believe that she is a one owner. That is amazing! Looks like Les took us back to 1972 again, Wow! The ride height needs a tweak. It sits a little high and the wheel wells have too much space. This is my ride height with 16'' Panasport's with 225-50-16 tires , it fills the wheel wells nicely.

  7. I currently own a 72 240Z with an LS1 engine with all the proper components that makes her a Zweet ride, classic Japanese sports car looks with a modern drive train. There was an early thread that dealt with the Zness or not on such a transplant, some welcome it and some refuse it , is all a personal option/choice......

    Datsun's are a rare sight in the Wash,DC / Baltimore MD corridor .I only see two other Z's at the local Sunday coffee meet on occasion, both are V8 modified ,one has a Ford 5.0 and the other one has Chevy carb 350 , both are blue and head turners At the seven local car shows that I have attended this Summer, mine was the only Datsun in attendance

  14. Hardway, it came from a 510 fanatic, he has collected tons of Datsun stuff for over 20yrs, we traded , he got a rare 510/ Bluebird emblem and I got this badge .......,Mike thanks for the info.
  15. Jim and 26th, I visited that page as well as others and these were available some time ago but no info on its origin, yep is rare and looks fantaZtic on my Z . I wonder on the $ value on this rarity

  19. Here is a badge that I recently got. I have never seen one like it. I know they made them for the 510 but not the 240Z. Here is it mounted on my grill.
