The flat bed truck is a AAA member benefit, why not use the perk. I have driven my other Datsun cars in what I believed were salt free roads, that where washed by the occasional rain in between the salt days, and blisters on the paint was the result. So this time, Z-VETTE is not going to be seasoned with salt.

  8. ...Came across this picture of an early Z and there is no clock on the dash, was the clock an option in early cars...just curios..http://www.ebay.com/itm/1969-Datsun-240Z-Interior-Dashboard-Factory-Photo14-/370723132017?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5650d21271. :bulb:

Don't give up, but if the decision has been made here are my dos centavos....you are selling a semi moded 73 that needs mechanical/electrical work, interior work, a bumpers missing car that might appeal to some, in essence a project in final stages. The pictures show a nice red paint job and set of wheels, sell it as a winter project for around 5 to 6 G's or so.............

  25. I like them, they are very 70's, the rear tail lights have a unique look, the dash lay out is very euro, the ones that have pop up in the US for sale command a premium. The guys from Down Under do a fantastic job in preserving them as we do to our Z's
