I will not go with this swap,,,,do not see any great benefits in messing with my Z, as stated before it's 4 speed set up is very healthy, so a have a 6 speed car ,a 5 speed and a 4 speed ,one of each.

Thanks for the response..........The 5 spd trany that I have came from a pull out running 78 620, miles who knows, the rear on the Z is an automatic unit from a 72.

Is this swap an avenue for: opening a can of worms,encountering needless problems, a financial mistake.

I am debating on this: my current 4 speed trany is healthy,tight no issues,recent clutch and bearings this is the way it came to me on the Z purchase. I came across and secure a 5 speed trany, did my research on it on and it is the proper one for the swap.My question to you guys ....I don't want to open a can of worms ,encounter problems,go money crazy on this. Your input will be very valuable to me. My Z is a 72.

Yes I was able to installed them, they seem to do their job and they look fine but not close to stock.

Better Auto Transportation.....did my Z for 850$,fast and reliable + good service ,from Sacremento California to Fulton Maryland this past Dec.That silver Z looks like a sweet deal.

I have the same ZX set of wheels on my 72 Z, they look fantaztic when polished and blend nice with the Z sexy lines.

My belts are the push button buckle type not the lift handle type. They remind me to the ones on an older Cessna cabin.

yep.....did the calsif,no luck , I need the passenger side.

This is the YELLOW TURDMOBILE.........and the local municipality register this car, making it legal to make people vomit when in transit.:sick:

I need this section of the seat belt real bad, I know some one has one laying on a shelf or in a box.
