Vintage Rubber

Old post, yes, but wanted to let you know that Vintage Rubber . com is going to be reproducing the rear hatch glass seal for the 280ZX! Should be ready in April 2013. ( fingers crossed ) Keep an eye out, we're really close to finishing! Thanks for the interest.

No we make them in an actual factory, with real machines and stuff! ...and when i say "we" I mean a bunch of guys in lab coats who make rubber products for the aerospace industry, so yeah, they actually know what they are doing. We stand behind our products, and we are doing this for us, and for you guys, and for the love of these cars! We are all car enthusiasts, and would rather see all these classics stay on the road, high and dry! Get them from Black Diamond, get them from us, it's your choice, but get them where you can! Keeping these cars rolling for years to come is more important than who you get them from.

The picture on our web site we borrowed from BD, and some of their seals are discontinued so there may not be a complete kit from them. We make all the seals our self, here in the USA, locally, so we can monitor the quality and fitment to make sure you get a perfect reproduction in brand new rubber, and not a seal that might have been sitting on a shelf for a couple of decades. Brand new, high quality rubber with a "keeping you happy" guarantee that you can't get anywhere else. We stand by our stuff!

Hi guys. Hope I am not breaking some rules here but, we are now making these hatch hinge seals brand new. I don't think you can get them anywhere else.
