That's definitely Paul Newman. If I remember correctly Bob Sharp sold that car to Paul and Paul decided a new paint job was in order away from the BSR colors since it was now a 'PLN Racing' car. I believe that's the same car you see in the BSR paint scheme where the '7' has been modified to a '9'
