Herrow Der!
It does explain why its so damn quiet. its almost to quiet infact... i like to use it to gently let the person infront of me know they are going 25 in a 35 and i can barely get it to scare small children but oh well..... My exhaust and intake on a RWD version of my g was making 300whp so thats not to shabby either. Personaly though the Twin loop muffler is my favorite nothing beats it in my mind so quiet when you want it so loud when you need it thats what i have on my civic right now.

Its an ARC Replica, which ARC does alot of R&D into its products. The actual effect is similar to a blowing into a bottle, the air going in is slower then coming out, so it speeds up the gas as it exits. Its a great exhaust cruise control at 90 and i cant even hear it.....untill i get on it and then it has a nice rumble. Thats my plan because im not much of a body man, i can build an engine but cant paint a straight line . Right now im just reading, learning, and looking.

New to the forums just learning a bit about the cars. I dont currently have a Z but i do have a G, and one of my past projects was a SR20 swapped 240....sx (><). Im really looking for a good base tostart on, but there isnt much that isnt a pile of rust around me. And im also stuck on the 240z not sure why but thats what ive limited myself to. Here are a couple snaps of the G since everyone loves pictures.

Broken Head Bolt
Chuck's method is great with the right tools, but if you dont have a welder here are some options Ive used. heat (via a torch) and cold (via duster upside down) to create a few thousandths of play before. heat the block cool the bolt, depending how far down you can get, and have the vice grips on it. if there is enough undamaged thread exposed get two nuts that fit and jam them together. then wrench!
